Sprinkles Of Life

Hello and welcome,

I don't make a lot of kids cards but decided to make this today which of course would be suitable for any kid (big or little).

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550), with Rich Razzleberry (#119981) and Bermuda Bay (#131286) which co-ordinate with the colours in the Bohemian DSP (#138446). The ink is Rich Razzleberry (#126950), Bermuda Bay (#131171) and Delightful Dijon (#138327). Happy Birthday is from the Endless Birthday Wishes (#p140273). The ice-cream is from the Sprinkles of Life stamp set (#p139971) and the ice-cream scoops were punched with the co-ordinating Tree Builder punch (#138295). I added some glitter to these using the 2-way Glue Pen (#100425) then sprinkling with Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter (#133751). The top "scoop" was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Butterflies Thinlits

Hello and Welcome,

With this being such a busy time of the year, I am finding it hard to post a blog every day, so apologies if I don't get one done each day till things quieten down a bit. 

It's been a while since I have made a card with a butterfly (and I am sure you know I love butterflies), so here is one.

The base card is Whisper White (#106549). I attached the beautiful Winter Wonderland Specialty DSP (#139588) to a piece of Bermuda Bay card (#131286). Happy Birthday is from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (#p140273) and stamped with Bermuda Bay ink (#131171). The punch used for "birthday" is the Washi Label punch (#138296). The butterfly from the Bermuda Bay card was cut with the Butterflies Thinlits (#137360) and the gold butterfly was cut with the Bold Butterfly Framelits (#138135). The gold card is Gold Foil Sheet (#132622). After cutting this butterfly I embossed it with the Decorative Dots folder (#133520). I used Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) to attach the butterflies.

Hearth and Home Thinlits Dies

Welcome,

The Owl builder punch (#118074) has been a favourite for a long time to make this cute owl. 

Very Vanilla (#106550) has been used for the base card. The owl consists of Basic Black card (#121688), Real Red (#106578), Whisper White (#106549) and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper (#135315). Soft Sky card (#131292) was used for the sky and Crumb Cake (#121685) for the window which was cut using the Hearth and Home Thinlits Dies (#139666). I embossed the base card with the Woodgrain embossing folder (#127821). Birthday Wishes from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (#p140273) was stamped with Real Red ink (#126949). The flourish from the Flowering Flourishes stamp set (#c126367, #w131998) was stamped with Old Olive ink (#126953). The window was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Endless Birthday Wishes

Hi and Welcome,

The Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (#p140273) has a great variety of sentiments and I have used happy birthday as well as the cake from this set.

The Cardstock is Melon Mambo (#119980) and Whisper White (#106549). Using Pink Pirouette ink (#126956) I stamped the background with the Watercolour Wash stamp (#c139538, #w138704). The heart and zig zag lines are from the Work of Art stamp set (#c134114, #w134111) and I used Melon Mambo ink (#126948) for these and the sentiment. The cake was stamped with Rose Red ink (#126954) and cut with one of the Circles Collection Framelits (#130911). This was attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). For a bit of sparkle I used Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter (#133751) on the cake. I used the 2-way glue pen (#100425) as the adhesive for glitter.
