Good Morning Magnolia

Hello & welcome again,

Again I am using some retiring products on this card. The stamp set is Good Morning Magnolia (#149298).

The 3 flowers were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228), then cut with a Magnolia Memory Die (#149578). The flowers were coloured with Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends (#154893) and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends (#154902).

The stitching on the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483) was created with the Stitched With Whimsy Dies (#155314). This was then matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached to the Basic White base card.

A die from the Painted Labels (#151605) cut the “circle”.  Two magnolias were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I attached the Gold Trim (already retired) with Mini Glue Dots (#103683), then added the sentiment with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The sentiment is from the Borders Abound stamp set (#152627) and stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. A Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820) was used to cut the sentiment. The Gold Glitter Enamel Dots (#152155) were added to the card.

Detailed Bands Dies

Hi my friends,

It’s not hard to make a beautiful card when you have some lovely Designer Series Paper and elegant dies, like I have used on this card.

The Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483) was matted with the Petal Pink card (#147009). The Silver Foil Sheet (#132178) was cut with a die from the Detailed Bands Dies (#149549). I threaded the Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon (#144213) through the band. The detailed band and ribbon were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the ribbon was wrapped around the cardfront, before attaching this to the Basic White card base (#159228). 

“Congratulations” is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) and I stamped this with Petal Pink ink (#147108). This was cut with another die from the Detailed Bands Dies. This was attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The trio of Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) were added under the sentiment.

Game On

Hi friends,

Here are 2 male cards using the Game On stamp set (#152646) - both the same except for the chess or card images.

The base card and card front are Basic White (#159228). I dry embossed the card front with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder (#154317) and sponged the edges with Merry Merlot ink (#147112). Happy Birthday, the chess image and card image were stamped with Merry Merlot ink. The squares were cut with the Stitched Shapes Dies (#152323). The DSP is Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483). The sentiment, DSP and stamped images are all matted with Merry Merlot card (#147005). I punched the sentiment with the Tailored Tag punch (#145667).

To mat the sentiment I punched the Merry Merlot card then cut it in half and attached the white card to the 2 pieces. The sentiment and squares were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Dove Of Hope

Hi again,

I have paired the Dove Of Hope Bundle (#c155158) with the Beautiful World stamp set (#152994) on this card. 

I have used Whisper White card (#106549), Soft Sea Foam (#147012) and Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483). I daubered the DSP with Gray Granite ink (#147118). The map from the Beautiful World stamp set and the sentiment from the Dove Of Hope stamp set (#153406) were stamped with Gray Granite ink. The world map was cut with a Layering Circles Die (#151770) and the sentiment was punched with the Banners Pick A Punch (#153608). This punch has 6 options with 2 banner designs and 3 widths - 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” and you can make your banner any length.

The dove from the Dove Of Hope stamp set was stamped with Gray Granite ink using the Stamparatus (#148187). After cleaning the stamp and leaving the stamp in the same place, I re-inked  it with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This gives you an embossed image in the colour you stamped first. A co-ordinating die from the Detailed Dove Dies (#153526) cut the dove. I adhered the Adhesive Sheets (#152334) to the Soft Seafoam card before cutting with dies from the same set. The sentiment was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I attached a frosted gem from the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (#147801).

I love how most of the papers have a more patterned and vibrant colour on one side and more subtle on the reverse, which allows for so much variety when making cards or using on a scrapbook page. I have chosen the more subtle designs from the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483) on this card today.

I matted the smaller piece of DSP with Balmy Blue card (#147007), then attached this to another piece of DSP. I wrapped a piece of the 1-1/2” Metallic Mesh Ribbon (#153550) around the card front then attached this to the Whisper White card base (#106549). I stamped the images from the Garden Shed stamp set (#c149247) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were the coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Balmy Blue (#154830), Smokey Slate (#154904), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Crumb Cake (#154882), Soft Suede (#154906), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Highland Heather (#154887) Purple Posy (#154896) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). These images were punched with the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch (#152709). The sentiment from the Borders Abound stamp set (#152627) was stamped with Balmy Blue ink (#147105) and cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820). I attached the sentiment and punched images with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) then added the Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to finish the card.
