Simply Succulents

Hi crafty friends,

I have used 2 stamp sets on this card which I have neglected a bit lately - Simply Succulents (#154480) and Daffodil Daydream (#157786).

I stamped the succulents with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Very Vanilla card (#106550). This was coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Soft Succulent (#155521), Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Pool Party (#154894), Old Olive (#154892), Mint Macaron (#154889), Calypso Coral (#154881), Pale Papaya (#155519) & Fresh Freesia (#155518). This image was cut with the co-ordinating Potted Succulents dies (#154330). 

I stamped the Very Vanilla card front with a stamp from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set. This was attached to the Basic Black card (#121688). The (retired) Fine Art Ribbon was wrapped around the card front.

“Happy Birthday” from Celebrating You stamp set (#158028) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then cut with a die from the Potted Succulents dies. The succulents and sentiment were both attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Adhesive-Backed Sequins & Gems (#159972) were added to the card. Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add some sparkle to the succulents

Simply Succulents Bundle

The weekend is here again and almost the end of January. Where has this month gone?

I have used the beautiful Simply Succulents Bundle (#156264) here today.

I have used Basic White Card (#159228) for the base card, card front and to stamp the succulents and sentiment on. I stamped the succulents from Simply Succulents stamp set (#154480) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). I coloured these with Pool Party Stampin’ Blends (#154894) and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends (#154884). The Potted Succulent dies (#154330) were used to cut the detailed cardfront, the succulents, the sentiment and the label under the sentiment.

The sentiment is from the Simply Succulents stamp set and I stamped this with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052).

The coloured cardstock used is Flirty Flamingo (#141421) and Pool Party (#124391). I adhered Adhesive Sheets (#152334) to the back of the Flirty Flamingo card before cutting the detailed succulents. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach the coloured succulents and the Pool Party label. 

I coloured the Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) using the Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends.

Simply Succulents Bundle

Hello friends,

After yet another busy day, I have enjoyed sitting and colouring these succulents from the Simply Succulents stamp set (#154480) which are from the upcoming January-June Mini catalogue.

I stamped the image onto Whisper White card (#106549) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The Stampin’ Blends used are Mint Macaron (#154889), Just Jade (#153107), Granny Apple Green (#154885), Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Petal Pink (#154893) and Flirty Flamingo (#154884).

The pot was stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052) and I coloured the band of the pot using Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends. 

The sentiment, also from the Simply Succulents stamp set was stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink, then cut with a die from the Potted Succulents Dies (#154330).

The background was also cut with a die from the same die set. I glued this to the Whisper White base card using the Mulitpurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). I used a sponge to dab the glue to the back of the die cut piece. The other option would have been to adhere Adhesive Sheet (#152334) to the back of the card before cutting.

The pot was taped to the card and the succulents were attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), then the sentiment was taped on top.
