Daffodil Daydream

Hello again everyone,

Today I have been sorting out what products are retiring tomorrow and getting ready for some more great products in the next Annual catalogue. So I thought I would use some more retiring products again today. I am using the Daffodil Daydream stamp set (#157786).

I stamped the 2 different daffodil images with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). These were coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Daffodil Delight (#154883), Soft Sea Foam (#154902) and Soft Succulent (#155521). The co-ordinating Daffodil Dies (#157794) were used to cut these. I then cut the Soft Succulent from the Fine Shimmer Paper Pack (#160428), backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), with a Forever Flourishing Die (#152714).

I dry embossed the Basic White card front with one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (#161598), then I daubered the edges with Daffodil Delight ink (#154883). This was attached to the Daffodil Delight card (#121680) and attached to the Basic White base card.

The smaller daffodil image was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) then the shimmery leaves were added. The other daffodils were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Thinking Of You” from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink then cut with a Stylish Shapes Die (#159183) the Gold trim is from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensioanals (#144108).

I used Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) on the daffodils and added the cute little Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) to finish the card.

The Daffodil Daydream stamp set, Daffodil dies, Forever Flourishing Dies Fine Shimmer Paper Pack and the Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends are retiring.

Simply Succulents

Hi crafty friends,

I have used 2 stamp sets on this card which I have neglected a bit lately - Simply Succulents (#154480) and Daffodil Daydream (#157786).

I stamped the succulents with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Very Vanilla card (#106550). This was coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Soft Succulent (#155521), Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Pool Party (#154894), Old Olive (#154892), Mint Macaron (#154889), Calypso Coral (#154881), Pale Papaya (#155519) & Fresh Freesia (#155518). This image was cut with the co-ordinating Potted Succulents dies (#154330). 

I stamped the Very Vanilla card front with a stamp from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set. This was attached to the Basic Black card (#121688). The (retired) Fine Art Ribbon was wrapped around the card front.

“Happy Birthday” from Celebrating You stamp set (#158028) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then cut with a die from the Potted Succulents dies. The succulents and sentiment were both attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Adhesive-Backed Sequins & Gems (#159972) were added to the card. Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add some sparkle to the succulents

Daffodil Daydream

Hello friends,

A super easy card today stamping the daffodils onto Designer Series Paper.

The Designer Series Paper is the Hues Of Happiness (#158822). The daffodils from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set (#157786) were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with the Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554), then set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The DSP was matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and then attached to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550).

“Best Wishes” from Cottage Rose stamp set (#159040) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). A die from the Stylish Shapes (#159183) was used to cut the sentiment.

I wrapped the Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon (#159555) around the card and attached the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Matt Black Dots (#154284) were added to the card.

Daffodil Daydream stamp set

Hello all crafting friends,

The Daffodil Dream Bundle (#157795) was used on this card and consists of the Daffodil Daydream stamp set (#157786) and the Daffodil Dies (#157794).

The daffodils were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). The flowers were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883) and for the leaves I used Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends (#154885). The co-ordinating die from the Daffodil Dies was used to cut the stamped image.  

I dry embossed the Basic White card front with the Gingham Embossing Folder (#157627). The designer paper from the Sale-a-bration Daffodil Afternoon 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#158127) was attached to the card front.

The Basic Black card (#121688), Crushed Curry card (#131288) and the Basic White card were all cut with Stitched Rectangles Dies (#151820). I also dry embossed the small white rectangular card with the Gingham embossing folder. I taped the rectangles together and attached them to the card. The daffodils were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). 

The gold trim is from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766). The sentiment is in the Expressions Of Friendship stamp set (#158460) and stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, cut with another Stitched Rectangles die and attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The embellishments are the  Clear Polished Dots (#158134) which were coloured with the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.

TIP: To colour the embellishments using Stampin’ Blends, I find it easier to colour with the brush end of the blends. Colour the embellishments while they are still attached to the plastic they are adhered to. Allow them to dry, which doesn’t take long then transfer them to the card. Any clear or white embellishments can be coloured this way.

Daffodil Daydream Bundle

Hi friends,

The Slim Card Dies (#157965) has 4 dies which can be used for a slim line card and I have used one for the background of this card.

Before cutting the Basic White card (#159228) with the die, I adhered the Adhesive Sheet (#152334) to the back. This makes it so much easier to attach it to the base card. This was then attached to the Basic White base card which was cut at 22cm x 18cm and scored in half at 9cm. This fits perfectly into the Slimline Envelopes (#157981).

The daffodils from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set (#157786) were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were cut with the Daffodil Dies (#157794). The Stampin’ Blends to colour the images are Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Biggest Wish stamp set (#155952). “Birthday” was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) and “Happy” with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095). I used a Hippo & Friends Die (#153585) to cut the sentiment. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the sentiment and the daffodils with the 3 flowers to the card. I used the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897) for some glitter on the flowers and the embellishment are from the Playing With Patterns Resin Dots (#152467).

Daffodil Daydream Bundle

Hi everyone,

The Daffodil Daydream Bundle (#157795) consists of the Daffodil Daydream stamp set (#157786) and the Daffodil Dies (#157794).

I stamped the 2 daffodil images with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). The flowers were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883) and the leaves with Old Olive Stampin’ Blends (#154892). I added glimmer to the flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897). These were cut with the co-ordinating dies. 

The Designer Series Paper is Abstract Beauty Specialty (#158039) and matted with the Basic Black card (#121688). This was attached to the Basic White base card. 

“Congratulations” is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595). I stamped this with VersaMark (#102283) and used the Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set it with Heat Tool (#129056). I used a die from the Potted Succulents (#154330) to cut the sentiment. 

The sentiment, the daffodils on the left and the butterfly were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The butterfly was cut with a die from the Daffodil Dies using the (retired) Black Glitter Paper. The Classic Matt Dots (#158146) were attached to the card.
