Poinsettia Dies with Red Velvet Paper Pack

Hi everyone,

Today I have had the opportunity to attend “Stampin’ Up! Onstage At Home” which is instead of the normal get together for demonstrators where we gather together, this one is on line. It is always so inspirational and fun to create cards together and learn heaps of new things. One great thing about being a demonstrator is that you get to see and purchase new products early, so I have already seen the upcoming catalogue that will be released in January and have ordered some new exciting goodies, so can’t wait to share them with you soon. Now to todays card. It is a Christmas card using the gorgeous Red Velvet Paper (#153490) for the poinsettia.

The 3 layers of the poinsettia flower were cut and embossed with the Poinsettia Dies (#153522) from the Red Velvet Paper. The leaf, berries and flower centre were cut from the Brass Foil Sheets (#153057), also using the Poinsettia Dies. The flower was assembled using Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The flower centre and berries had Adhesive Sheets (#152334) adhered to the back before cutting.

The base card and card front are Whisper White (#106549). I dry embossed the card front with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718), then attached the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152488) to the card. The Real Red 3/8” Sheer Ribbon (#153535) was wrapped around the cardfront.

The poinsettia was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The greeting from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set (#c150513) was stamped with Real Red ink (#147084) and cut with a Stitched Shapes Die (#152323) and also attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The trio of Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#146924) were added to finish the card.

Boho Indigo

Hello friends,

I love the subtle colours on this card, using the stamp set from the Boho Indigo Product Medley (#153132).

I cut a piece of Whisper White card (#106549) 10x10cm. Using the Stamparatus (#148187) I stamped the leaves by turning the card to stamp each image and then repeating for the flowers. The leaves were stamped with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) and the flowers with Petal Pink ink (#147108). This was attached to the Petal Pink card (#147009) cut at 10.5x10.5cm. The designer series paper is Soft Sea Foam from the 6”x6” Subtles (#153072) and this was cut at 12x12cm. The Whisper White base card is 13x13cm, so cut at 13x26cm and scored at 13cm.

I wrapped the sparkly Snowflake Splendor 1/4” Ribbon (#153548) around the cardfront. I stamped “Happy Birthday” from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set (#151331) with Petal Pink ink and cut the 2 squares with the Stitched Shapes Dies (#152323). Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the sentiment to the card. I added Elegant Faceted Gems (#152464) to each of the flowers and to the sentiment. I made a bow from the ribbon and attached it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683). Some sparkle was added to the flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897).

Bells Are Ringing

Hello & welcome,

This bell is from the Bells Are Ringing stamp set (#150476) and stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129).

After Gold embossing, I then stamped the flowers on the bell with Real Red ink (#106578) and cut it with the Detailed Bells Dies (#150656). The base card and card front are Whisper White (#106549). I embossed the card front with the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder (#150665). The circle was cut with the Stitched Shapes Dies (#145372) from Real Red from the Regals 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#149616). The Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) was cut with the Christmas Layers Dies (#150654). “Season’s Greetings” is from the Peaceful Boughs stamp set (#c150541). “Greetings” was stamped onto Real Red card with VersaMark and embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109132) and heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056).  I stamped “season’s” with Real Red ink (#147084) on Whisper White card, then fussy cut and attached to the Real Red card (#106578) which had been cut with the Ornate Frames Dies (#150664). The label and bell were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Floral Essence

Hi everyone,

A lovely simple card using the Floral Essence stamp set (#149450).

The cardstock is Whisper White (#106549) and Rich Razzleberry (#119981). I stamped the sentiment from Good Morning Magnolia stamp set (#149298) using Rich Razzleberry ink (#147091). I embossed the cardfront with the Tufted 3D Embossing Folder (#151785). Using the Stamparatus (#148187), I stamped the flower from the Floral Essence stamp set with Rich Razzleberry ink. Without moving the card, I inked the stamp with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The centre was stamped with Rich Razzleberry but stamped off twice before stamping.  I cut the squares with the Stitched Shapes Dies (#145372) and added Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494) to the card.

Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper

Welcome again,

The Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper (#149100) is a beautiful collection of “hand painted impressionistic imagery in rich colours” and are some of my very favourite papers, maybe because there is a lot of purple (which is my favourite colour).

I have paired this with the Purple Posy paper from the 2019-2021 In Color 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#149617). I have separated the  2 papers with a small piece of Gorgeous Grape card (#147011) which I gave a stitched look using a die from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). The sentiment is from the Floral Essence stamp set (#p149450) and stamped with Purple Posy ink (150084). I also stamped the flower twice from the same set with Purple Posy ink, onto Purple Posy card (#150887). The co-ordinating punch is the Perennial Flower punch (#149522). The 2 flowers were attached with a Stampin’ Dimensional (#104430). The leaves were stamped with Mossy Meadow ink (#147111) onto Mossy Meadow card (#133683) and fussy cut. I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the leaves and the flower to the card. The sentiment on the Whisper White card (#106549) was cut with the Stitched Shapes Dies (#145372) and the Gorgeous Grape card under this was cut with the Layering Squares Dies (#141708). The base card is Whisper White
