The Flower Garden embossing folder (#123113) was used to emboss the Vellum card (#106584).
I used Wisteria Wonder (#124389) for the base card, then Rose Red (#108613) under the Vellum, and Whisper White (#106549) for the sentiment. The 5/8" Organza ribbon (#114319) is used for the ribbon and bow. I used the 1/8" Mini Brads (#122941) to attach the Vellum to the Rose Red card. Congratulations is from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set (#126257), stamped with Rose Red ink (#126954) and cut with the coordinating Framelit from the Bitty Banners Framelits (#129267). I used glue dots (#103683) to attach the bow and Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) for the sentiment.
