The Open Sea

Hello ladies,

I made this type of card recently and liked it so much I decided to do it in this weeks class.




On Very Vanilla card (#106550) I heat embossed with Versamark (#102283) and Gold embossing powder (#109129) using the Hardwood stamp (#133035). I cut the centre out to make a frame. Using Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430), I attached this to a piece of Basic Black card (#121688). I stamped the ship from The Open Sea stamp set (#123032) with Island Indigo ink (#126986) on Very Vanilla card. Happy Birthday is from the Sketched Birthday stamp set (#130426) and this was cut with the Bitty Banners Framelits (#129267). The base card is Island Indigo (#124390).

Tomorrow's card will show how I used the embossed card which was cut from the centre of this one, and was the second card made at the class.
