I am so pleased to see that the beautiful Brushed Gold Cards & Envelopes (#162177) aren’t retiring, and I have used these for this easy but elegant Christmas card.
The large star is cut and embossed with the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder (#162006). To do this you place the die into the embossing folder along with the Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (#149653) as usual. I attached this to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).
The sentiment is from the Hope & Peace stamp set (#159773). I stamped this with VersaMark (#102283) and added Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) then this was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). A die from the Stars At Night was used to cut the sentiment as well as a piece of the Gold Foil. These were attached just to show a piece of the gold at the top. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach this to the card.
To finish this very easy card I added the Adhesive-Backed Star Trinkets (#162010).
