Sketched Butterflies

 Hello friends,

I have used 2 of my favourites today - butterflies and purple. I hope you can see this photo ok, as I had a lot of trouble trying to photograph it.

I stamped the 3 butterflies from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) using VersaMark (#102283) and embossed them with Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). I used Gorgeous Grape card (#147011), Highland Heather card (#147010) and Fresh Freesia card (#155614) for the butterflies. These were set with the Heat Tool (#129056). These 3 butterflies and the Silver Foil (163387) butterfly were cut with the Sketched Butterflies dies (#163491). This stamp set & dies are also available in a bundle - the Sketched Butterflies Bundle (#163492). All bundles have a 10% saving.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set and stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). The labels for the sentiment were cut with Something Fancy dies (#160424). I punched the slots in the white label from the retired Very Best Trio punch to allow me to thread the ribbon and trim through. I have used the Silver from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo Pack (#161633) and the Silver from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766). I attached the sentiment to the Gorgeous Grape card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430)

Using a Blending Brush (#153611) with Fresh Freesia ink (#155611), I added some colour to the background on the Basic White card front (#159228). This was dry embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder (#164049). This folder will be available from 4th September in the upcoming Mini Catalogue, along with a great variety of new products, especially Christmas products. The white card front was matted with Gorgeous Grape card and attached to the Basic White base card.

The stamped butterflies were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The silver foil butterfly was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). I couldn’t go past the Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (#162611) to finish this card.
