Shimmery White Embossing Paste

 Hello & welcome,

I hope you can see the shimmer in the background of this card. I made my own glimmer paper using the Shimmery White Embossing Paste (#145645) on Soft Sea Foam card (#147012).

I applied the paste over the Soft Sea Foam card using a Palette Knife (#142808) and put it aside to dry.

I cut the birds from the Nests Of Winter 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#164183) using the co-ordinating die from the Winterly Tree Tops dies (#164065). The leaves from the Graceful Greenery Vellum 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164118) was cut with a Golden Greenery die (#164116).

“ Peace & Joy” from the Peaceful Season stamp set (#164145) was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083). The 2 Basic White (#159228) circles were cut with the Spotlight On Nature dies (#163580).

Once the background was dry, I dry embossed it with the Ferns Embossing Folder (#158804) and matted it with Cherry Cobbler card (#121681). This was then taped to the Basic White base card. You can speed up the drying process using the Heat Tool (#129056).

The die cut leaves and circles were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The birds were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I added Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to the birds & berries for some extra glimmer. The embellishments are from the Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries (#164119).

Fond Of Autumn stamp set

Hi again friends,

Firstly, I am having a few weeks off so unfortunately I won’t have any cards for the blog till the end of the month after today.

I have made a third card using the Fond Of Autumn bundle (#159838). Each of these cards are totally different so it’s great to be able to get variety from a set. I have paired this with the wreath die from the Natural Prints dies (#158800).

The flowers & leaves from the Fond Of Autumn stamp set (#160266) were stamped on Basic White card (#159228) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were coloured with Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends (#159224), Parakeet Party Stampin’ Blends (#159220) and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883).

The sentiment and banner is from the same stamp set and I used Daffodil Delight (#147094) and Sweet Sorbet inks (#159216). The banner, flowers & leaves were cut with the Autumn Bouquet dies (#159837).

The Basic White card front was dry embossed with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder (#158804). This was matted with Sweet Sorbet card (#159266), then attached to the Basic White base card.

The Wreath was cut from Daffodil Delight card (#121680) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) which makes this detailed wreath easy to attach to the card. The flowers and banner were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Nature’s Prints Bundle

Hello again,

The Nature’s Prints Bundle (#158801) consists of the Nature’s Prints stamp set (#158793) and the co-ordinating Natural Prints Dies (#158800) and have been used on this card.

The Hues Of Happiness Designer Series Paper (#158822) was dry embossed with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder (#158804), then matted with the Granny Apple Green Card (#147014). The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550).

I cut the wreath from Pearlescent Specialty Paper (#154291) with the Natural Prints Dies and attached this to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The flowers from the Nature’s Prints stamp set was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708). These were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883). Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach these to the card. I used Granny Apple Green card, backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) for the leaves.

“Happy Birthday” from Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) then cut with a Labels Aglow die (#159551) and also attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The embellishments are the Glossy Dots Assortments (#158827).
