Ornate Border Dies

Hello again my friends,

I am continuing with using some retiring products from the annual catalogue.

The base card is Terracotta Tile (#150890) & the cardfront is the beautiful Pearlescent Specialty Paper (#154291). I adhered Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the Pearlescent Paper where I was cutting with a die from the Ornate Borders dies (#152724). Then I dry embossed the left side of the card front with the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder (#152702). The Gold Metallic-Edge Ribbon (#144146) was wrapped around the card.

The sentiment is from Woven Heirlooms stamp set (#149306). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) on the pearlescent paper and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129), then set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment and the Terracotta Tile card were cut with the Layering Squares Dies (#151772), then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The butterfly was cut with a die from the Fluttering Dies (#154318) and I used Gold Foil Sheets (#132622). A Stampin’ Dimensional was used to attach the butterfly to the card. The embellishments on the butterfly and sentiment are the Gold Glitter Enamel Dots (#152155).

Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper

Hello,

This beautiful gold foil designed paper is part of the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152488) and would be great for any occasion.

I stamped “Happy Anniversary” from the Many Mates stamp set (#c152633) onto the Whisper White card front (#106549). This stamp set has a variety of sentiments for all occasions so very versatile. I used VersaMark (#102283) with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) and set this with the Heat Tool (#129056). I cut the Designer Series Paper on an angle and attached this to the die cut Gold Foil sheet (#132622) which was cut with an Ornate Borders Die (#152724). This was attached to the cardfront, then to the Whisper White base card. I stamped the bow from the Gift Wrapped stamp set (#153432) with Mint Macron ink (#147106), then re-stamped it with VersaMark and added Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130). The Stamparatus (#148187) is perfect to be able to line up the images when stampin twice. The bow was punched with the co-ordinating Gift Bow Builder Punch (#153606) and attached the the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) to add some glitter to the bow.

Fanciful Fragrance & Stitched Lace Dies

Hello friends,

The Fanciful Fragrance stamp set (#149281) which I have used to stamp the perfume bottles, is one of the retiring products from the annual catalogue.

The bottles were stamped with Smokey Slate ink (#147113), on Whisper White card (#106549), then cut with the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies (#145372). The Smokey Slate DSP from the Neutrals 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#149614) was attached to the Whisper White base card. I cut another piece of white card using the Stitched Lace Dies (#149625) and this was attached to the bottom of the card. The Cherry Cobbler (#121681) border was cut with a die from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724). I cut this once, then turned the die around and cut again, which made it look like “ribbon”. Birthday Wishes were cut with dies from Well Written dies (#148534) - another retiring product. These were glued to the card with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach the circle, then added the Metallic Pearls (#146282) to the border.

Stampin’ Blends with Designer Series Paper

Hi again everyone,

I have another variation for colouring the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152312) from Sale-A-Bration.

I have decided on this card just to highlight one flower, so have coloured it with the Light Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blends (#147026) and added a Noble Peacock Rhinestone (#149494) to the flower centre. The DSP was attached to the Lovely Lipstick base card (#146993). I also cut the fancy border under the sentiment with an Ornate Borders Die (#152724). The sentiment which is from the Positive Thoughts Stamp Set (#151490) was stamped with Lovely Lipstick ink (#147140) and cut with a die from the Stitched Rectangles (#148551). This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Colouring Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper

Welcome friends,

Today I am colouring the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152312) from Sale-A-Bration using Stampin’ Blends.

On this beautiful paper with the small flowers I have coloured the white background with Light Seaside Spray Stampin’ Blend (#149567) and have left the flowers without colouring. This was then attached to the Seaside Spray card (#150889). I cut another piece of the Seaside Spray card using one of the borders from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724), then turned it around and cut it a second time to make the strip. I then attached the Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon (#150446) to this. The sentiment is from the Timeless Tropical stamp set (#c151497) and stamped with Seaside Spray ink (#150085). This Whisper White card (#106549) and the Seaside Spray card were both cut with Stitched So Sweetly dies (#151690), then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishments are Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#151193).

A lovely simple card, and even the colouring with the Stampin’ Blends is simple.

Ornate Garden Suite

Welcome friends,

Again I am using products from the Ornate Garden Suite. There are so many to choose from.

The base card is Blueberry Bushel (#146991) and the card front is Whisper White (#106549). The Ornate Borders Dies (#152724) was used to cut the right side of the white card. I then embossed the rest of the card with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder (#152725). The ribbon is Seaside Spray 1/4” Metallic Ribbon (#150446). The sentiment is from Painted Glass stamp set (#147461) and stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138). This was cut with a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690) and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I stamped 3 small flowers from the Ornate Style stamp set (#152572) and fussy cut them and added Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to the centre of the flowers.

Ornate Thanks Bundle

It’s been a bit hectic around here recently and haven’t had time to do any crafting, but was excited today when I received my order with some gorgeous new products to play with. The Ornate Garden Suite is an early release from the new Annual catalogue coming out in the next couple of months. This suite will be available to purchase from 1st April.

I have used one of the beautiful borders from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724) to cut the Whisper White card front (#106549). I stamped “for everything” from the Ornate Thanks stamp set (#p149471) with Mint Macaron ink (#147106). Then I embossed this with the Subtle 3D embossing folder (#151775). “Thanks” from the same set was stamped with Calypso Coral ink (#147101) and cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#148551), then attached with Stampin Dimensionals (#104430). The flowers are from the gorgeous Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152312) which is a free product from the second release Sale-a-bration. I fussy cut the flowers then coloured them using sponge daubers (#133773) with Mint Macaron ink and Coral Calypso ink. This DSP has Rose Gold Foil and Silver Foil in 4 different designs and it is easy to colour with your favourite colouring tools. The base card is Mint Macaron (#138344).
