Shaker card

Hi friends,

A cute little shaker card using the Bright & Beautiful Suite Collection (#161460). This collection includes the Beautiful Balloons Bundle (#161457), Bright & Beautiful 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#161449) & the Gold Celebrations 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#161745).

I attached the Bright & Beautiful DSP to the Basic White base card (#159228). The 2 balloons were cut from the Bubble Bath card (#161727) using the Beautiful Balloons Dies (#161456). I then attached a piece of the Gold Celebrations Specialty DSP to the back of the Bubble Bath card. This DSP has gold design on the side and silver on the other. 

I then attached Foam Adhesive Strips (#141825) to the card front. I added the Iridescent Shaker Circles (#161625) - (and a few extra sequins & loose embellishments) inside the adhesive strips. Then I placed the Bubble Bath card on top.

I cut another balloon from Basic White card and stamped this with “Happy Birthday” using Berry Burst ink (#147143). The stars and hearts were cut with the Cracker & Treat Box Dies (#159182) from Soft Shimmer Paper Combo Pack (#161750). These were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Shaker Christmas card

Hi & welcome again,

Here’s a Christmas shaker card and highlighting the beautiful iridescent foil Wonderful Snowflake (#156340).

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The next 2 layers are Night Of Navy card (#106577) and Peaceful Place 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#156394). I made the frame using a die from Natures Thoughts (#153586) which cut the full rectangle, then I cut the middle out using the Stitched Rectangles Dies (#151820). The frame was then dry embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (#156505).

I attached some Window Sheet (#142314) to the back of the frame, then adhered Foam Adhesive Strips (#141825). I placed some Subtles Shimmer Sequins (#156407) in the middle of the card front then attached the frame to the DSP.

The sentiment is from the Whimsical Trees stamp set (#156330) and stamped with Night Of Navy ink (#147110). I used the circle die from Picture This dies (#155559) to cut the sentiment, and added the Subtle Shimmer Sequins (#156407) using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).

I attached the Wonderful Snowflake with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and added another sequin to the centre.

Shaker Card

Hello again,

I always seem to have excess sequins, so have found a great use of some with this shaker card.

I cut the top Basic White card (#159228) with 2 of the Stitched So sweetly dies (#151690) to make a “frame”. I then attached a piece of Window Sheet (#142314) to the back of this card. Then I attached Foam Adhesive Strips (#141825) around the outside of the “frame”. I put some of the Sequins For Everything (#153556) onto the middle of the Daffodil Delight card (#121680) then attached the “frame” to the card. 

The next layer is from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) and this was attached to another piece of Daffodil Delight card, then to the Basic White base card. 

I stamped the daisy from Daisy Lane stamp set (#149325). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The Medium Daisy punch (#149517) was used to punch the daisies and they were attached together with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The small leaves are cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714) and I used Soft Sea Foam card (#147012).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) and stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) and cut with a die from the Bloom Dies (#155989). Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach this to the card. A gold sequin from the Sequins For Everything was glued to the flower centre with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).
