Pattern Party Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

The Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) is a host product and is great value, with a great range of designs. This floral Black & White design is from this pack.

The serrated edges were cut with one of the Basic Borders dies (#155558). I cut the DSP, Basic Black card (#121688), Real Red card (#106578) and the Basic White base card (#159228) with this die. The Basic Black was attached to the base card, then the DSP attached on top. The Real Red card was attached to the base of the card as seen in the photo.

I coloured the flowers from the DSP with Real Red Stampin’ Blends (#154899). I fussy cut 3 flowers to attach to the Real Red card. “Happy Birthday” from the Expressions Of Friendship stamp set (#158460) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The embellishments are the Matte Black Dots (#154284).

The Expressions Of Friendship stamp set is a host product from the Mini Catalogue. All host products are available to purchase with Stampin’ Rewards from qualifying orders (from $250 in Australia).

The Pattern Party Designer Series Paper is retiring.

Dahlia Days

Hello again,

The rain still hasn’t stopped here and hasn’t let up all day. Hopefully everyone in the flooded areas are safe. On the positive side, it’s good weather for crafting!!

The patterned paper is from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426). I cut 2 triangles and attached these to the Real Red card (#106578), then this was attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The dahlias, leaves and sentiment are all from the Dahlia Days stamp set (#157799). I used Pacific Point ink (#147098) and Real red ink (#147084) for the dahlias. The leaves were stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and the sentiment with Real red ink. The flowers & leaves were cut with dies from the Detailed Dahlias (#157801). The dies to cut the sentiment and the Real Red card under the sentiment are from the Ornate Frames (#150664).

The leaves and blue flower were taped to the card and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used for the red flower and sentiment. The Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) were attached to the card.

Flowing Flowers

Welcome everyone,

I often have bits & pieces left after making a card as I have stamped or cut too many images or it just wasn’t right for that particular project. I actually have a box of these leftovers but I find when I need a card in a hurry, these certainly come in very handy. The flower and leaves on this card are from that box of goodies.

The flower from the Flowing Flowers stamp set (#157880) was stamped with Poppy Parade ink (#147050), then fussy cut. The leaves were cut with a die from the Forever Flourishing dies (#152714) and I used Pear Pizzaz card (#131290).

I stamped the splotches from the Quiet Meadow stamp set (#155082) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116) onto the Basic White card front (#159228). The strip of Pattern Party 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#155426) was attached to the card front, then I daubered around the card with Poppy parade ink.

The flower was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). “Happy Birthday” is also from the Flowing Flowers stamp set and I used Poppy Parade ink. The die to cut this is from the Potted Succulents dies (#154330). Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to attach the sentiment. The embellishments are the Red Rhinestones Basic Jewels (#146924).

TIP: Many of the die sets have label dies which are suitable for a great range of sentiments, so it’s worthwhile checking your dies to see what one suits your particular sentiment. It could be in an unexpected set and it’s easy to forget what is available. I am currently cutting out all my label dies, and labelling what die set they belong to and placing them in a folder so it it easy to find the die I want.

Blessings Of Home stamp set

Hello my crafty friends,

Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator has many advantages and one is being able to get new products early. The Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) will be available from 4th January 2022 but as a demonstrator I have been able to purchase it early and I love it.

I stamped the smaller floral image for this card and it was cut with the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938). I stamped this with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and coloured it with Stampin’ Blends. The colours used are Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add shimmer to the coloured image.

The Gold Foil from the Brushed Metallics 12”x12” cardstock (#153524) was cut with a Hippo & Friends Die (#153585). This gold pack includes 3 colours of gold - light, medium and dark. I have used the medium colour here.

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406), then daubered the edges with Daffoldil Delight ink (#147094). The Pattern Party 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#155426) was attached to the card front. The gold foil was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set (#155095) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was also cut with the Hippo & Friends dies and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I made a bow using the Gold Shimmer Ribbon (#152156) and used a Mini Glue Dot (#103683) to attach it to the card. The cute little bee from the Bumblebee Trinkets (#155568) was also attached with a Mini Glue Dot.

If you would like to find out some of the perks of being a demonstrator please contact me. lesley.j.jendra@gmail.com I would love to hear from you.

Slimline card

Hello my friends,

I have made a slimline card using the Dragonfly Garden Bundle (#156224). I cut the base card 21cm x 21cm and scored at 10.5cm

I stamped the floral image and dragonfly from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set (#154411) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). I coloured the flowers & leaves with Real Red Stampin’ Blends (#154899), Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends (#154885) and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883).

The dragonfly was punched with the Dragonfly Punch (#154240) and I added some glimmer to it using the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897).

“Happy Birthday” from the (retired) Many Mates stamp set was stamped with Real Red ink (#147084) and cut with the Messages die (#154422).

I matted the floral image with Real Red card (#106578), then this was attached to the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426). I wrapped the Metallic Mesh Ribbon (#153550) around the card front, then attached this to the Basic White base card.

The dragonfly & sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the Silver embellishments are from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials (#155567).

Shaded Summer stamp set

Hi again my friends,

Sale-a-bration continues till the 30th September, so don't miss out on some free products with each $90 order (in Australia). One of the products with $180 order is the Summer Shadows Dies (#156618) and these co-ordinate with the Shaded Summer stamp set (#155783) in the Annual catalogue.

I stamped the flowers from the Shaded Summer stamp set with Misty Moonlight ink (#153118) and Bumble Bee ink (#153116). I stamped the small leaves with Soft Succulent ink (#155778). These were all cut with the Summer Shadows dies.

The Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) was attached to the Basic White base card (#159228). I cut the Bumble Bee card (#153082) and the Basic White card with the Stitched So Sweetly dies (#151690) and these were taped to the card front.

The Soft Succulent leaves were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the 2 floral images were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment is from the Shaded Summer stamp set and stamped with Bumble Bee ink. This was cut with a Tailor Made Tag (#155563). I threaded some of the Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155766) through the tag and attached the tag to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Playing With Patterns Resin Dots (#152467) were added to the card.

Strong Of Heart

Hi ladies & guys,

The Strong Of Heart stamp set (#156376) is a special set as with each purchase, a portion of the cost ($4.50 in Australia) will be donated to support heart health, so a great reason to get this set. It would be great for a variety of cards.

I stamped the heart outline with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Very Vanilla card (#106550). Then I masked the flowers and stamped the inside colour with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052). The flowers were coloured with Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends (#154884) and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends (#154889) for the leaves. The heart was then fussy cut.

The Very Vanilla cardfront was dry embossed with the Star-Crossed Embossing Folder (#156567). I attached the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) to the card front and daubered the edges with Flirty Flamingo ink. I wrapped the Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim (#149593) around the card front before attaching it to the Very Vanilla base card.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink using the stamping off method for a lighter colour. This was cut with an Ornate Frames Die (#150664). The sentiment and heart were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

I added some sparkle to the heart and flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) and added the Flirty Flamingo gems from the From The Heart Faceted Gems (#151154).

Sale-a-bration Delicate Dahlias

Hi again,

I hope you have seen the beautiful Delicate Dahlias stamp set (#156601) which is a free product from Sale-a-bration (with a $180 order). This is a 2 step stamping set, however I used Stampin’ Blends to colour this dahlia.

I stamped the outline image with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed this with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set this with the Heat Tool (#129056). I then coloured the flower with Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends (#154884) and Light Cherry Cobbler (#154880) - for the centre. The flower was then fussy cut.

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The Flirty Flamingo card (#141421) was dry embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (#156505). The next layer is Pattern Party 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#155426). The Basic White card on top was cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820). The sentiment from the Delicate Dahlias stamp set was also Gold heat embossed.

I used Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) on the dahlia and attached it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishment in the corner is an Elegant Faceted Gem (#152464).

Shaker Card

Hello again,

I always seem to have excess sequins, so have found a great use of some with this shaker card.

I cut the top Basic White card (#159228) with 2 of the Stitched So sweetly dies (#151690) to make a “frame”. I then attached a piece of Window Sheet (#142314) to the back of this card. Then I attached Foam Adhesive Strips (#141825) around the outside of the “frame”. I put some of the Sequins For Everything (#153556) onto the middle of the Daffodil Delight card (#121680) then attached the “frame” to the card.

The next layer is from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) and this was attached to another piece of Daffodil Delight card, then to the Basic White base card.

I stamped the daisy from Daisy Lane stamp set (#149325). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The Medium Daisy punch (#149517) was used to punch the daisies and they were attached together with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The small leaves are cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714) and I used Soft Sea Foam card (#147012).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) and stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) and cut with a die from the Bloom Dies (#155989). Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach this to the card. A gold sequin from the Sequins For Everything was glued to the flower centre with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).

Free As A BIrd

Hello & welcome,

These cute little birds are from The Free As A Bird stamp set (#149468) and I have coloured the image with Stampin’ Blends.

I stamped the birds with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). The Stampin’ Blends used to colour are Pale Papaya (#155519), Pool Party (#154894), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Crumb Cake (#154882), Granny Apple Green (#154885), Poppy Parade (#154958) and Pumpkin Pie (#154897). This was then cut with a Tailor Made Tags Die (#155563).

I embossed the Basic White card front with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder (#152725) and attached a triangle of the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) to the card. I cut a piece of Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) with a die from the Stitched Triangles (#152710) and attached this to the corner of the “tag”.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Art Gallery stamp set (#158201) and stamped with VersaMark (#102283). This was heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). A Stitched Rectangles die (#151820) was used to cut the sentiment. I threaded the Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155766) through the tag and attached this and the sentiment to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The diamond shaped embellishments are from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials (#155567) and I coloured these with the Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends before attaching them to the card.

Picture This dies

Hi,

Today I have made an easy card using the Picture This dies (#155559). This set consists of  2 dies -1 die with circles and the other with rectangles.

I cut the circles from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) using the Picture This die. I also cut Poppy Parade card (#121694) with the same die. I daubered the edges of the DSP with Poppy Parade ink (#147050) before attaching it to the Basic White base card (#159228). I then attached the red circles to the corresponding cut outs of the DSP.

I cut the flowers from another sheet of DSP also from Pattern Party DSP using the Picture This dies, and coloured the flowers with Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends (#154958). The sentiment is from the Encircled In Friendship stamp set (#155408) and stamped with Poppy Parade ink, then cut with the same die. I attached the sentiment & flowers, slightly offsetting them, using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Another easy card.

Biggest Wish

Hello again my friends,

The Picture This dies (#155559) consists of 2 dies, one with rectangle cut outs (as used on this card) and the other with circle cut outs. They also have stitching around the edges.

I cut the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (#155426) with the Picture This die. This DSP is from the hostess products so can be earned with Stampin’ rewards with a qualifying order. There is a variety of patterns and colours on one side of the DSP and the reverse is Black & White in various designs, so a very versatile pack. I attached the designer paper to the Basic White base card (#159228).

I stamped “happy” & “birthday” from the Biggest Wish stamp set (#155052) using Real Red ink (#147084). These were then cut with the same die. I attached the rectangles to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) where the cut outs are on the DSP.

The dragonfly from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set (#154411) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708), then punched with the Dragonflies Punch (#154240). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add glitter to the dragonfly, then attached it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Have a great weekend!!
