Hi & welcome,

The retiring products on this card are the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638) and Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends (#154898).

The base card is Basic White (#159228). I cut strips of the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) and used them for the background. A Stitched Nested Labels Die was used the cut the Basic White label which was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

I fussy cut the flowers which are also from the True Love DSP. I added glimmer to the flowers with the Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897). I also attached the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set (#154421) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). I cut this with the Messages Die (#154422). I daubered the edges of the sentiment with Highland Heather ink (#154887), then attached it to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The beautiful embellishments are the Pastel Pearls (#154571).

Have a great day & stay safe.

Sailing Home

Hello & welcome again,

Another masculine card today, using the Sailing Home stamp set (#149457).

The boats, lighthouse and anchor are all images from the Sailing Home stamp set, using Misty Moonlight ink (#153118), Real Red ink (#147084) and Smoky Slate ink (#147113). The dies to cut these, as well as the wheel are from the co-ordinating Smooth Sailing dies (#149576). I used the Brass Foil Sheet (#153057) for the wheel.

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The Designer Series Paper is from the Sand & Sea DSP (#154288) and this was matted onto the Real Red card (#106578).

“Celebrate” is from the Many Mates stamp set (#152633) and stamped with Real Red ink. I cut this and the Real Red card underneath with the Stitched Nested Labels dies (#149638). The sentiment and the lighthouse were attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the wheel for ease of attaching. I find the adhesive sheets are great when you have more detailed die cuts.

Have an amazing day!!

Poppy Moments Dies

Hello,

This card I made today is from another challenge using 4 colours - Pretty Peacock, Pool Party, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso. It’s great to use colours that you might not usually think of Using together, and again I loved this combination.

The Very Vanilla card and Pool Party card 124391) were cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). The sentiment from By The Dock stamp set (#151622) was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083). The poppy base is from Pool Party card and Pretty Peacock card (#150886) was used for the detailed piece. For the leaves I used Crumb Cake card (#121685) and Early Espresso card (#121686). The flower and leaves were cut with the Poppy Moments Dies (#151594). The flower and centre leaf were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The Pretty Peacock 1/2” Scalloped Linen Ribbon (#149751) and the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494) were attached to the card.

I can’t believe the weekend is here already.

This was cut with a die from the Merry Christmas Dies (#147912) and also attached with Dimensionals.

Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper

Hi,

Many of the Stampin’Up designer papers work well together, even from different packs. Here I have used the Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper (#149592) and Garden Lane Designer Series Paper (#149488).

The cardstock is Whisper White (#106549) and Old Olive (#106576). The birds and the Old Olive card were cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). The rectangular cards were cut with the Stitched Rectangles Dies (#148551). The holes in the white card were made with a die from the Sip & Celebrate Dies (#150668). The bow was made with the Mossy Meadow Linen Thread which is part of the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack (#149485). This was also wrapped around the rectangular cards. The rhinestones are from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494).
I decided not to put a sentiment on this card. Sometimes you have the right card with the wrong sentiment, so this card can be used for many occasions.

I hope you are having a great weekend.

So Many Stars Bundle

Hello everyone,

The So Many Stars Bundle (#p153016) really does have so many stars. There are 23 dies and 21 stamps so the possibilities will be endless with this set.

I attached the Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper (#150429) with the stars to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550). I stamped the stars and the sentiment from the So Many Stars stamp set (#150496) using Night Of Navy ink (#147110). These 5 stars are all on one image and co-ordinate with the die from the Stitched Stars Dies (#150653). I used Copper Foil Sheet (#142020) for the “swirly stars”.  The Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638) cut the Very Vanilla card and copper foil labels. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the Very Vanilla label to the card and the Copper foil “swirly stars” were glued with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).

Have a great day.

Stampin’ Up! recently updated my website! To ensure you have the best experience, the next time you visit my site, please make sure not to include “www.” at the front of the URL. Or you can simply click the following link and save it as a favorite so you don’t have to think about it:

If you forget and do include “www.” at the front, it’s possible you will see an error telling you the site may not be secure. That’s not true; in fact, it’s more secure that it was before the update! That “www.” is the problem.

Sip Sip Hooray

Hi everyone,

Today’s card is a sneak peek of some of the exciting new products from the Holiday catalogue. The wine glasses are from the new Sip Sip Hooray stamp set (#150526).

I stamped the glasses with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109131) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I used the Shimmer White Emboss Powder (#149511) for the “wine” in the glass. The glasses were then cut with the Sip & Celebrate Dies (#150668). The Purple Posy card (#150887) and Highland Heather card (#147010) were cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). The new Mercury Glass Designer Acetate (#150441) was attached to the Purple Posy base card. There are 2 different designs in this beautiful acetate. “Congratulations” from Itty Bitty Greetings (#151331) was stamped with Highland Heather ink (#147103) and cut with the new Ornate Frames Dies (#150664). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach one glass and the sentiment to the card.

Hello,

Another very pretty card (actual card always looks much nicer than the photo) - using the beautiful Daisy Lane Bundle (#c151118) which consists of the Daisy Lane stamp set (#c149325) and the Medium Punch (#149517).

I stamped the large and small daisies twice using VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Shimmer White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#149511). The large daisy was stamped onto Gorgeous Grape card (#147011) and the smaller one on Purple Posy card (#150887). The daisies were punched with the Daisy Punch (#143713) and the Medium Daisy Punch (#149517). The flower was assembled using Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The Designer Series Paper from Perennial Essence DSP (#149443) was attached to the Purple Posy card (#150887). The sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set (#c149275) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099) onto Whisper White card (#106549). The sentiment, the Gorgeous Grape card and Purple Posy card were all cut with Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). I attached the flower to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). These were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots. The embellishments are from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494).

Have a beautiful day.

Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

Here’s a quick and easy card using the Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper (#149592) which has a variety of beautifully handcoloured images giving  a lovely soft look.

I cut the Designer Paper with the Stitched Nested Labels (#149638), then using the same die I cut the So Saffron card (#108611) which was placed behind the DSP. The designer paper at the bottom of the Whisper White base card (#106549) is from the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper (#149478). “Thank you” is from the Free As A Bird stamp set (#c149468) and stamped with Soft Suede ink (#147115). Stampin Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the labels and I added the Gold Metallic Pearls (#146282) to finish the card.

Enjoy your day.

Royal Peacock

Hello everyone,

This peacock from the Royal Peacock stamp set (#p149464) is just beautiful. It is a 2-step stamp which allows you to have the 2 different colours as I have done on this card.

I stamped the first image of the peacock using Coastal Cabana ink (#147097) on Very Vanilla card (#106550). Then I stamped the second image of the feathers using VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I cut this with a die from the Stitched Rectangles (#148551). This rectangle die was too wide for what I wanted so after cutting the full die cut, I then moved the die to cut off more of the right side only. This was attached to the Coastal Cabana card (#131302). I embossed the Very Vanilla base card with the Beads & Baubles Embossing Folder (#149713). The sentiment is from the Royal Peacock stamp set and stamped with Coastal Cabana ink. This was cut with a Stitched Nested Die (#149638) as was the Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) under the sentiment. This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
The Detailed Peacock Dies (#149582) co-ordinate with this stamp set, and the stamp set and dies are also available in the Royal Peacock bundle (#151100).

I hope your day has been great.

Hello everyone,

I thought these photos taken in New Zealand after Onstage were perfect to use with the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper (#149478). The photos are taken in a garden full of mosaics.

The photos were matted with Terracotta Tile card (#150890) - one of the new In Colours, and Basic Black card (#121688). The label for the journaling was cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638).

Have a fantastic weekend.

This beautiful card is from the Bird Ballard Laser-Cut Cards & Tin (#149595). There are 12 laser-cut cards and envelopes in a beautiful tin. I attached a piece of the So Saffron vellum from the Perennial Essence 12”x12” Vellum cardstock (#149101) inside the card. You can use any cardstock to co-ordinate with your coloured images. I fussy cut the birds from the Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper (#149592) and attached this to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). “Thank you” from the Free As A Bird stamp set (#c149468) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The labels were cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638), from Very Vanilla card (#106550) and So Saffron card (#108611). I added the Very Vanilla 3/8” Scalloped Lace Trim (#149593) under the labels to complete the card.
