Shining Stars Dies

 Hello friends,

A gorgeous Christmas card using the Shining Stars dies, which is October’s Product Of The Month. Unfortunately in Australia this is already sold out, so hope you had a chance to get this set.

All the gold stars are cut from the Timeless Metallic Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168548).

The Basic White card front (#166781) was dry embossed with the Swirls Of Magic Embossing Folder (#168179). I attached the stars with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755), Mini Glue Dots (#103683), Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The sentiment and red star are from the Magical Christmas Hot Foil Dies (#170592) and this was foiled with the Red Stampin’ Hot Foil (#170552). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and the red star with a Mini Glue Dot. The base card is Basic White.

Hot Foiling

 Hello everyone,

I have a range of hot foiled pieces already done, so it makes it quick & easy to put a card together like this one, using the beautiful butterflies from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045).

I used the Gold Stampin’ Hot Foil (#170066) for the butterflies on the Timeless Metallic Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168548). The brickwork is from the Echos Of Detail Hot Foil Dies (#170048) and using the “leftover” foil with the Reverse Plate (#170043). This was matted with the Red from the Timeless Metallic Specialty Designer Series Paper.

The Basic White card front (#166781) was dry embossed with the Timeless Herringbone Embossing Folder (#169736) - available in the November Online Exclusives. This was attached to the Basic White base card.

“Celebrate” is from the Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (#170042) and I used the Red Stampin’ Hot Foil (#170552). This was cut with the co-ordinating cutting die.

The butterflies & sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Garden Silhouette Hot Foil Dies

 Hello again friends,

I have been playing with the hot foils today for this card, using the Garden Silhouette Hot Foil Dies (#170041).

I used strips of the Gold Hot Foil (#170066), Red Hot Foil (#170552) and Green Hot Foil (#170555) and lay them on an angle and alternating, on the die. I used Basic White card (#166781). This was matted with the Green from the Timeless Metallic Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168548) and attached to the Basic White base card.

“Love & Hugs” is from the Greenery Lane stamp set (#166870) and stamped with Shaded Spruce ink (#147088). The 2 arches were cut with the Everyday Arches dies (#164629). The Red card is also from the Timeless Metallic Specialty DSP.

The bow from the Elegantly Wrapped stamp set (#168474) was stamped with Real Red ink (#147084) and cut with the Elegantly Wrapped die (#168480).

The arches were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the bow. The embellishments are the Flower Accents (#165171).

I will be away for the next few days so will be back later next week.
