Brusho Crystal Colour

Hello,

One very exciting product now available in the Occasions catalogue is the Brusho Crystal Colour (#144101). This is watercolour ink crystals, so when you mix it with water you can make some unique washes and designs. There are 5 colours in the pack - Brillant Red, Gamboge (orange), Moss Green, Prussian Blue and Yellow. I have used the Blue, Yellow and Orange to make this background.

I sprinkled the colours on a piece of Shimmery White card (#121717). A small amount goes a long way. Then I sprayed the card with water using a Stampin’ Spritzer (#126185). I chose to then leave this till it dried. For a washed look, use an Aqua Painter (#103954) while still wet to brush over the area. Every card will be unique, depending on how much Brusho is used, how much water is used and what you do with it. Once this was dried I attached it to a piece of Daffodil Delight card (#121680), then to the Dapper Denim base card (#141419). The butterfly was cut with a die from the Move Me Thinlits (#143732) using Tangerine Tango card (#116206). I attached this to the card using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and added a Glitter Enamel Dot (#144200) to the butterfly. “Celebrate” and “You” are cut with the new Celebrate You Thinlits Dies (#146840). These are from Sale-a-ration and so you can get these for free with a $180 Stampin” Up! order. The 3rd die in this set is “amazing”. Celebrate was cut twice - using Daffodil Delight card and Tangerine Tango card, then offset slightly for a shadow effect. The Silver Glimmer Paper (#135314) was cut with a die from the Petals & More Thinlits Dies (#145655).

I hope you have had a great start to the New Year.
