Two-Tone Flora

Hi & Welcome,

I hope you are all having a great weekend and getting time to craft.

I have used a variety of products on todays card with the flowers from the Two-Tone Flora stamp set (#160844). This is a Two-step stamp set but I have decided just to stamp the “line” image and not stamp the second image on top to colour the background of the flower.

I stamped 3 flowers with VersaMark (#102283) onto Basic White card (#159228) and added the Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). The flowers were then cut with the co-ordinating die from the Two-Tone Flora Dies (#159181). I then daubered the edges of the flowers with Balmy Blue ink (#147105) which gives some depth to the flower.

The Basic White card front was cut with one of the Split Card Textures Dies (#159163) then matted with Balmy Blue card (#147007).

The sentiment is from the (retired) Special Moments stamp set and stamped with Balmy Blue ink. I used a die from the Waves Dies (#158840) to cut the sentiment. The ribbon (also retired) was threaded through the label and wrapped around the card front. I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) under the sentiment. The card front was then attached to the Basic White base card.

The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The leaves are cut from the Silver from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The dies for the leaves are from Brushed Bouquet Dies (#160473), the Irresistible Blooms Dies (#161149) and the Around The Bend Dies (#160649).

The embellishments are from another retired product - Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels.

Shaded Summer

Hi everyone,

I have had some work done in my craft room recently and had to move most of my “stuff” so haven’t been able to access most it, so that’s why I have been missing some days lately. Hopefully everything will be back on track soon.

The stamp set used for the flower here is the Shaded Summer stamp set (#155783).

This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was cut with a Summer Shadows Die (#156618).

The sentiment is from the new early release Framed Florets stamp set (#161815) and stamped with Orchid Oasis ink (#159214). The Handmade Tag Punch (#159690) was used to cut the sentiment.

I dry embossed the Orchid Oasis card (#159265) with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder (#156505) and this was matted with the Gold Foil (#132622).

I used one of the Split Card Textures Dies (#159162) to cut the Basic White card front (#159228). Then I added some Orchid Oasis ink with a Blending Brush (#153611) and then stamped the splotches with a stamp from the Quiet Meadow stamp set (#155082) with the same ink.

The Gold Foil leaves were cut with a Forever Flourishing die (#152714). The Gold foil was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The flowers & sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I also added some of the Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155766).

Boughs Of Holly Designer Series Paper

Hello stamping friends,

I have fussy cut the poinsettia flowers from the Boughs Of Holly Designer Series Paper (#159600) for this pretty Christmas card.

The Basic White card front (#159228) was cut with a Split Card Textures die (#159162), then attached to the So Saffron card (#108611). The base card is also Basic White.

I attached the flowers to the card with tape & Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). “Merry Christmas” is from the Peaceful Deer stamp set (#156891) and I used Real Red ink (#147084). A Potted Succulent die (#154330) was used to cut the sentiment and this was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The embellishments are the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#146924).

Vintage Tools with Split Card Textures Dies

Welcome stamping friends,

I have made another masculine card with the Vintage Tools stamp set (#159098).

The base card is Smokey Slate (#131291). I cut the silver foil from the Silver Foil 12”x12” Specialty Pack (#156457) with a die from the Split Card Textures Dies (#159162) and attached it to the base card.

I stamped the images from the Vintage Tools stamp set with Smokey Slate ink (#147113) on Basic White card (#159228). I cut this and the Basic Black card (#121688) with the Decked Rectangles Dies (#159173). The black card was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The planer was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was fussy cut before attaching to the card.

“Happy Birthday” from the Art Gallery stamp set (#158201) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708), then cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820). This was also attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Split Card Textures dies

Hello and welcome again,

Firstly, my apologies for being absent for so long. In my last post I said I would be having a break for about 10 days but didn't expect it to be this long. I was going on a short holiday but after 5 days was tested positive for Covid. I still thought I would only be feeling unwell for perhaps a week, but it is now 15 days and still not over it. However today is the first day I have felt like doing anything in the craft room.

I have used one of the 2 dies from the Split Card Textures Dies (#159162) to cut the Basic White card (#159228).

This was attached to the Sweet Sorbet base card (#159266). The leaves from the Forever Fern stamp set (#152559) were stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) for the larger leaves, and Parakeet Party ink (#159208) for the smaller leaves. The Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714) were used to cut the stamped leaves and the Gold Foil (#132622) leaves. The Gold Foil was backed with the Adhesive Sheets (#152334). The larger leaves were attached using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Thinking Of You is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) and stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink (#159216). I used a Seasonal Labels Die (#156299) to cut the sentiment. This was also attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you are all keeping well.
