Botanical Expressions Die

 Hi again everyone,

The Botanical Expressions Die (#168152) has been used to cut the strip of leaves on today’s card.

Firstly I coloured the Basic White card front (#166781) with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083), Pecan Pie ink (#161665) and Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) using Blending Brushes (#153611). I then cut the leaves with the die and dry embossed the top & bottom of the card with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). This card was attached to a piece of the Natures Walk Designer Series Paper (#166912) then attached it to the Basic White base card.

The butterflies are from the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953). For the detailed butterfly I used the back of the butterfly and coloured it with Pretty Peacock ink and a Blending Brush. This was attached to the gold butterfly with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683) and the gold butterfly was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Happy Birthday” from the Lily Of The Valley stamp set (#167937) was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink and I fussy cut this and attached it with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The Antique Pearls (#164679) were coloured with a Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blend (#161676) before adding to the card.

Botanical Expressions die

 Hello again my friends,

The Botanical Expressions die (#168152) has been used to cut the leaves on this card.

I placed the die on an angle to cut these leaves from Basic White card (#166781). I then dry embossed the card with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). As I didn't want the leaves embossed I just put the white card in the folder so it embossed the top area, then repeated on the bottom area. This was then matted with Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and attached to the Basic White base card.

The frame for the sentiment and the 2 sentiments are from the Exciting Times stamp set (#167875). The frame was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Gold powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was punched with the co-ordinating Rounded Rectangle Punch (#167880).

“Happy Birthday” and “Let’s Celebrate” were stamped with Pretty Peacock ink. “Let’s celebrate” was cut with a Nested Essentials die (#161597). The edges of the sentiments were daubered with Pretty Peacock ink, then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The birds are from the retired Adhesive Backed Dragonflies & Birds.

Botanical Expressions die

 Welcome everyone,

I have a sneak peek of 2 new products which will be available in the July Online Exclusives. The die to cut these leaves is the Botanical Expressions die (#168152).

These were cut on the Coastal Cabana card (#131302). I then dry embossed the lower part with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). This was taped to the Basic White base card (#166781).

The butterfly is the other sneak peek and is in the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953). There is a full 12”x12” page of die cut butterflies of all sizes in gold, ready to attach to any project. I attached this with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Happy Birthday” from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set (#167639) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Gold from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). A die from the Nested Essentials (#161597) was used to cut the sentiment, then I attached it with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The embellishments are the retired Tinsel Gems.
