Biggest Wish stamp set

 Hi again friends,

Again I am highlighting some more retiring products. Don’t forget to check out the Last Chance list https://www.stampinup.com.au to see what’s still available. There are many at reduced prices.

The words are from the Biggest Wish stamp set (#155052). I stamped “happy” onto Country Lace Designer Series Paper (#163415) using Night Of Navy ink (#147110). I then re-stamped it with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165679) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This is easy to double stamp with the photopolymer stamps. For “birthday” I heat embossed with White Embossing powder, also from the Basics Embossing Powders onto Night Of Navy card (#106577).

“Happy” was cut with a die from Something Fancy dies (#160424) and “birthday” with an Enduring Beauty die (#162672).

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#166781) with the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder (#164069) and matted it with Night Of Navy card. This was attached to the Basic White base card.

The planes from the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) were stamped with Night Of Navy ink and cut with the co-ordinating Adventurous Sky die (#163446).

The words were taped to the card and I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) to attach the planes.

The retiring products are Biggest Wishes stamp set, Adventurous Sky stamp set & dies, Enduring Beauty dies & Something Fancy dies.

Adventurous Sky Bundle

 Hi everyone,

Another retiring product is the Adventurous Sky Bundle (#163447) which consists of the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) and the Adventurous Sky dies (#163446).

I stamped the plane and sentiment from the stamp set with Night Of Navy ink (#147110) onto Basic White card (#166781) and cut with dies from the Adventurous Sky dies.

I cut the circles with dies from the Spotlight On Nature dies (#163580) using Night Of Navy card (#106557), Misty Moonlight card (#153086) and Basic White card.

The Take To The Sky Designer Series Paper (#163436) was matted with Night Of Navy card and attached to the Basic White base card.

I taped 3 circles to the card front then used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) for the larger circle under the plane. The plane was attached with tape where it sits on the larger circle and Dimensionals to the right side. The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The propellers were cut with the dies using Silver Foil Sheet (#163387) and attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Adventurous Sky

 Hi everyone,

Here is a masculine card using the Adventurous Sky Bundle (#163447) and the Take To The Sky Designer Series Paper (#163436).

The DSP was matted with Copper Clay card (#161730) and attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The plane from the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Copper embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment from With You In Mind (#164747) was also Copper Embossed.

I used the Nested Essentials dies (#161597) to cut the sentiment and the Copper Clay card. These were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The stamped plane was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Simple Scrapbooking

 Hello everyone,

I have made a simple scrapbook double page layout today. I prefer that my scrapbook pages are all about the photos and the story, not the embellishments.

The background and the strips of blue are from the Winter Meadow 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#162133). I stamped some clouds from the Adventurous Sky Stamp set (#163439) onto the background with Smoky Slate ink (#147113). The planes from the same set were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I added Silver from the Metallic Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678), then this was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The planes were cut with the Adventurous Sky Dies (#163446) and taped to the page.

On yesterday’s card I did what I call the shadow effect, so decided to do the same on the photos on these pages. I cut the Real Red card (#106578) the same size as the photos then offset them on 2 sides. These were taped to the pages.

I adhered Adhesive Sheets (#152334) to the back of Real Red card, before cutting with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) for the titles. This makes it easy to adhere the letters to the page.

Adventurous Sky

 Hello,

A masculine card today using the Adventurous Sky bundle (#163447).

The strips of DSP from the Take To The Sky Designer Series Paper (#163436) were attached to the Basic White card front (#159228). The length of these pieces are 12.9cm long. The widths are 2cm, 2.5cm and 3cms. I matted this white card with Night Of Navy card (#106577) and attached it to the Basic White base card.

I dry embossed the Misty Moonlight card (#153086) with the So Swirley Embossing Folder (#163791) and also matted this with Night Of Navy card and attached it to the card front.

The plane from the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I added the Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056), then cut with an Adventurous Sky die (#163446). The sentiment also from the Adventurous Sky stamp set was stamped with Night Of Navy ink (#147110) and cut with an Adventurous Sky die. The plane and sentiment were attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems (#163780) were added to the card.

Heartfelt Hexagon Punch

 Hello friends,

The shapes on the background of this card have been punched with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch (#162888).

I used the Country Woods 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#163393) to punch the shapes. I attached these to a piece of Basic Black card (#121688) measuring 13.5cm x 9cm. The outside pieces extended past this card so after taping them to the card, I trimmed them off level with the black card. I then matted this with another piece of Basic Black card measuring 13.9cm x 9.5cm. I found this was the easiest way to get all the edges even and have the black matted edge. The black card was then attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502). I stamped this with VersaMark (#102283) and added Black Wow! Embossing Powder (#165679). Wow! Embossing Powder is the name of the new embossing powders. This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment & black card under the sentiment were cut with Stylish Shape dies (#159183) and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The plane from the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) was also heat embossed with Black. This was cut with a die from the Adventurous Sky Dies (#163446) and attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Country Woods Designer Series Paper

 Hi Stamping Friends,

On page 22 of the Annual catalogue there is a range of sketches which are great for inspiration when making a card. You can of course follow exactly or add or remove any of the pieces. I have used one of the sketches for today’s card.

I used various designs from the Country Woods 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#163393) for the background & circles. All the circles were cut with the Stylish Shapes dies (#159183).

I matted the smaller piece of DSP for the background with Misty Moonlight card (#153086). The base card is Basic White (#159228).

The sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) was stamped with Misty Moonlight ink (#153118). This was attached to the Misty Moonlight circle and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The smaller circles were taped to the card.

The planes from the Adventurous Sky stamp set (#163439) were stamped with Misty Moonlight ink and cut with the Adventurous Sky dies (#163446). The larger plane was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and the small plane with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The Industrial Trinkets (#163450) were attached also with Mini Glue Dots.

The Silver propellers were cut from the Silver & Gold Adhesive Backed Glimmer Paper (#162288) and attached to the plane with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

I dry embossed the white card with one of the Basics Embossing folders (#161598) and the Night Of Navy card with the So Swirly Embossing Folder (#163791). I lightly daubered the Embossed white card with Night Of Navy ink (#147110).
