Forever Blossoms

Hi everyone,

These beautiful flowers are from the Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457) and coloured with Stampin’ Blends.

Firstly I applied the Shimmery White Embossing Paste (#145645) to the Whisper White card front (#106549) using one of the Basic Patterns Decorative Masks (#150697). The paste was applied using a Palette Knife (#142808). This doesn’t take long to dry, but you can speed it up using the Heat Tool (#129056). Ensure that you wash the mask and palette knife as soon as you have used them as the paste will set quickly. The cardfront was attached to Highland Heather card (#147010). The 3/8” Tricolor Ribbon (#149708) was wrapped around the card before attaching this to the Whisper White base card.

I stamped the flower image with Basic Gray ink (#149165). The bow from the Gift Wrapped stamp set (#c153432) was stamped with Highland Heather ink (#147103), then re-stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) and set with the Heat Tool. I coloured the flowers, leaves and bow with Stampin’ Blends - Granny Apple Green (#154885), Purple Posy (#154896) and Highland Heather (#154887). The bow was fussy cut and the floral image was cut with a Cherry Blossoms Die (#151456). I added glitter to the flowers using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897).

 The sentiment from the Many Mates stamp set (#c152633) was stamped with Highland Heather ink and cut with a Stitched Nested Labels Die (#149638). The flowers, bow and sentiment were all attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Elegant Faceted Gems (#152464) were added to the flowers and sentiment.

Greenery Embossing Folder

Hello & welcome friends,

I have just received this new Greenery embossing folder (#152716) which is one of 2 folders in the set so couldn’t wait to use it on a card. These folders are narrower than the normal embossing folders. They measure 8.6cm x 15.9cm and I still didn’t use the whole width of the folder on this card.

I have used Whisper White card (#106549) for all the elements. The flowers and leaves are from the Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457). I used Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052) for the flowers and Granny Apple Green ink (@147095) for the leaves. These were cut with the co-ordinating Cherry Blossoms dies (#151456). I wrapped the gorgeous metallic gold trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack (#152475) around the card front, then added the Gold Hoop Embellishment (#152474) using Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to adhere it to the card. I ensured the dots would be hidden under the flowers. The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots. I added the Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#151193) to the flowers sentiment and card. “Thanks You” is from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set (#p152684) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink. This was cut with the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch (#152883). This punch allows you to punch 6 different labels, which can be layered, and cut any length you require to suit a variety of sentiments, so very versatile.

Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper

I love the elegance of the Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper (#151192) which I have used on today’s  card.

This designer paper also co-ordinates beautifully with the Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457). The stamped flowers and leaves are from this stamp set. I stamped the flowers & leaves with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and coloured them with Stampin’ Blends. I used Petal Pink Combo (#147272) for the flowers and Pool Party Combo (#144605) for the leaves. I cut the Petal Pink card (#147009) and the designer paper with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies (#151690). I wrapped the Whisper White 1/4” Crinkled Seam Binding (#151326) around the cut rectangles. “Happy Birthday” from the By The Dock stamp set (#151622) was also stamped with the Tuxedo Black Memento ink, on Whisper White card (#106549), then cut with a Stitched So Sweetly Die. The edges were sponged with Petal Pink ink (#147108). The flowers were cut with dies from the Cherry Blossoms Dies (#151456). The flowers and sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I used Mini Glue Dots  (#103683) for the leaves. The base card is Whisper White and the embellishments I added are from the Iridescent Sequins Assortment ((#144212).

Forever Blossoms

Hello friends,

A cute little gift or note card today using the single flower from the Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457). This card is 10.5 x 10.5 cm.

Using the Stamparatus (#148187), it is very easy to stamp these flowers (or any image) in a circle. I drew the 2 squares as shown on the next photo onto the Grid paper. The squares measured 9cm. 

Then as shown in the next photo, I placed the Whisper White card (#106549), measuring 9cm on the square. Then I placed the stamp in position and stamped it with Melon Mambo ink (#147051).

Leaving the stamp in place on the Stamparatus plate, I turned the square card to the next point of the square as shown in the next photo.

I stamped the next flower with Pacific Point ink (#147098) and continued till all images were stamped, alternating the colours and moving the card to the next point each time.  I stamped an extra flower with Melon Mambo and cut it with a die from the Cherry Blossoms Dies (#151456). I punched the corners with the Detailed Trio Punch (#146320). The sentiment is from the Timeless Tropical stamp set (#151497) and stamped with Pacific Point ink. I used a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690) to cut the sentiment and attached it to Pacific Point card (#116202). This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the extra flower was also attached with a Dimensional. Rhinestones from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494) were attached to the centre of the flowers. The card front was attached to Pacific Point card and the base card is Whisper White.

Forever Blossoms Bundle

Hello again,

The Forever Blossoms Bundle (#153781) is another beautiful set from the 2020 Mini Catalogue and I used it for today’s card.

The base card is Grapefruit Grove (#146995) and the cardfront is Whisper White (#106549). I embossed this with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder (#151474). The flowers and leaves are from the Forever Blossoms Stamp Set (#c151457). The flowers were stamped with Grapefruit Grove ink (#147142) and the leaves with Pear Pizzaz ink (#147104). Pear Pizzaz card (#131290) was used for the “branch” and this as well as the flowers and leaves were cut with Cherry Blossoms Dies (#151456). “Happy Birthday” is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) and stamped with Grapefruit Grove ink. The Ornate Frames Dies (#150664) cut the sentiment. The adhesives used are Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309), Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Some shimmer was added to the flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) and the Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#151193) were added to the flowers and sentiment.

Forever Blossoms

HI friends,

Here’s another sneak peak from the 2020 Mini Catalogue. I have used the Forever Blossoms Bundle (#c153781) which consists of Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457) and the Cherry Blossoms Dies (#151456).

I stamped the base card with the Birch Background stamp (#149256) using Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). I stamped it off first to give an even softer image. I embossed a piece of Vellum Cardstock (#106584) with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder (#151474), then attached it to a piece of Soft Sea Foam card (#147012). The ribbon is from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack (#149485). The flower image from the Forever Blossoms stamp set was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) and heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The flowers were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Combo (#144603) and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Stampin’Blends Combo (#148059). The die from Cherry Blossoms dies  cut the floral image, then this was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Happy Birthday is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) and stamped with Soft Sea Foam ink. One of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies (#151690) was used to cut the greeting. Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457) were added to the card.

The new mini catalogue is available tomorrow (3rd January).
