Art Gallery Bundle

Hi everyone,

I was having a clean up of my table and had one of these flowers stamped and cut, so thought I would use it for todays card and add another couple as well.

The flowers from the Art Gallery stamp set (#154421) were stamped with the following inks - Highland Heather (#147103) & Gorgeous Grape (#147099), So Saffron (#147109) & Mango Melody (#147093) and Flirty Flamingo (#147052) & Terracotta Tile (#150086). These were cut with the co-ordinating Floral Gallery Dies (#154316). I added glimmer to the flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897).

All the card used is Basic White (#159228). I dry embossed the card front with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder (#151775). I used one of the dies from the Flowering Vine Dies (#154332) for the detailed cut out and this was glued to the cardfront with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). The yellow flowers were taped to the card and the other flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment is from the Boho Indigo stamp set which is part of the Boho Indigo Product Medley (#153132). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I used an oval from the Layering Ovals Dies (#151771) to cut the sentiment and also attached this with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) were added to finish the card.

Enjoy your day!!

Free As A Bird

Hi & welcome friends,

Today’s card is a variation from yesterday’s card. I used the Very Vanilla card (#106550) that was left after cutting the oval for the sentiment for that card. This oval was cut with a Layering Ovals Die #(151771).

I stamped part of the image from the Beauty Abounds Stamp set (#148726) around the edges of the card. This was stamped with Soft Suede ink (#147115). I blended the Crumb Cake ink (#147116) and Soft Suede ink using a Blending Brush (#153611) around the Very Vanilla card.
On another piece of Very Vanilla card I stamped the birds from Free As A Bird stamp set  (#149468) using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708). To colour this I used the following Stampin’ Blends - Seaside Spray (#154901), Petal Pink (#154893), So Saffron (#154905), Purple Posy (#154896), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Granny Apple Green (#154885) and Crumb Cake (#154882)
Using 2 of the Layering Ovals Dies I cut the scalloped oval from the Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) and attached this over the cut out oval of the Very Vanilla card. I attached this card onto a piece of Gold Foil with the middle removed. I attached the card front to the card with the birds using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), then attached the whole piece to the Very Vanilla base card.
Happy Birthday is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set (#151331) and stamped with Soft Suede ink. An Ornate Frames die (#150664) was used to cut the sentiment and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. A retired piece of gold trim was attached to the label.

Enjoy your day!!

Layering Ovals Dies

Hello friends,

A fairly easy card today using a couple of stamp sets, some dies and a Blending Brush.

The stamped images on the corners of the card are from the Beauty Abounds stamp set (#148726) and the partial flowers in between these are from the Vine Design stamp set (#154488). These were all stamped with Soft Suede ink (#147115). Then using a Blending Brush (#153611) I blended the Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) around the edges of the stamped Very Vanilla card (#106550). I spritzed this card with Frosted White Shimmer Paint (#147046) to give a lovely shimmer to the card. This was attached to the Soft Suede card (#119982).
I wrapped the Fine Art 3/8” Ribbon (#154561) around the card front. The sentiment is from the Grace’s Garden stamp set (#151513) and stamped with VersaMark (#102283), then embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder (#109129) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was also spritzed with Frosted White Shimmer Paint.
The ovals are cut with the Layering Ovals Dies (#151771). The yellow card is Daffodil Delight (#121680). These were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I lightly blended the oval with the sentiment using the Blending Brush and Daffodil Delight ink, then daubered the edge with Soft Suede ink. A Gold Glitter Enamel Dot (#152155) was added the the sentiment. The base card is also Very Vanilla.

Have a great day!!

Animal Outing

Hello and welcome once again,

Some more of my favourite retiring products have been used here on today’s card. It’s always sad to see some of your favourite products go, but that makes way for more new and exciting products, and there are lots of those coming up in the new catalogue on 3rd June.

The cardstock is Very Vanilla (#106550) and the DSP is from the Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper (#151252). I embossed the Very Vanilla triangle with the Layering Leaves 3D Embossing Folder (#152321). The leaf border is from the Shimmer Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper (#149611). I coloured this with a Sponge Dauber (#133773) using Old Olive ink (#147090). This was glued to the card with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). The elephant from the Animal Outing stamp set (#c151281) was stamped with Smokey Slate ink (#147113). The scalloped squares were cut with the Layering Squares Dies (#141708) and the ovals with the Layering Ovals Dies (#141708). The sentiment is from the Botanical Bliss stamp set (#151284) and stamped with Old Olive ink. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the ovals and squares to the card.

The retiring products used here are the Animal Outing stamp set, Botanical Bliss stamp set, Layering Leaves 3D Embossing Folder, Shimmer Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper and Tropical Oasis DSP.

Have a great weekend,

There are so many beautiful Designer Series Papers in the Stampin’ Up! catalogues which can be used for both cards and scrapbooking. I have used the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper (#149497) for the background on this card. You can make a quick and easy card using Designer Series Papers.

embossed the Rococo Rose DSP with the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder (#151801). Then I wrapped Rococo Rose 1/2” Gathered Ribbon (#149587) around the DSP before it was attached to the Whisper White base card (#106549). The sentiment from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set (#c149306) was stamped with Rococo Rose ink (#150080). The ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals dies (#141706). The scalloped oval is Seaside Spray card (#150889). This was attached to the cardfront with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), then I added the Rococo Rose dots from the 2019-2021 In Color Faceted Dots (#149607).

Basketball card

Hello,

I was happy with how this basketball turned out for my grandson who loves his basketball.

I cut the Pumpkin Pie card (#108601) with a die from the Layering Circles Dies (#141705). Then I cut some Basic Black card (#121688) with the Layering Ovals dies (#141706) and glued these black strips onto the circle with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). I then embossed the “ball” with the now retired Softly Falling folder. The base card is Pumpkin Pie, then Basic Black card followed by Very Vanilla card (#106550). I stamped Happy Birthday from the Perennial Birthday stamp set (#c151240) with Pumpkin Pie ink (#147086), then embossed the card with the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing Folder (#151797). The basketball was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Have a great day.
