Under My Umbrella

Hello friends,

Here’s a cute little card using the Under My Umbrella stamp set (#151518) for the umbrella and flowers.

The Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper (#154288) was used for the card front and the umbrella. I stamped the umbrella with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708), then punched it with the Umbrella Builder punch (151293). The handle was cut from Silver Foil sheets (#132178) with the same punch.

The flowers were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Basic White card (#159228).The Stampin’ Blends used to colour the flowers are So Saffron (#154905), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Poppy Parade (#154958), Balmy Blue (#154830), Purple Posy (#154896) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). I used the Stamparatus (#148187) to evenly stamp the flowers. A die from the Ornate Borders (#152724) was used to cut the 2 edges of the Basic White card.

Happy Birthday is from the Happy Thoughts stamp set (#154507) and stamped with Melon Mambo ink (#147051). The sentiment and Melon Mambo card (#119980) underneath were cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638). The sentiment and umbrella were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The base card is Basic White.

Butterfly Gala

Welcome again,

The Butterfly Gala stamp set (#148580) and the co-ordinating Butterfly Duet Punch (#148523) are retiring, but for the butterfly lovers, there are more  beautiful butterflies and dies coming in the new catalogue.

The base card and card front are Very Vanilla (#106550). The background on the card front was achieved using Gilded Leafing Embellishment (#154560). I placed a Basic Pattern Decorative Mask (#150697) on the card and pressed the VersaMark pad (#102283) onto the mask so it presses through onto the card. I didn't want a perfect pattern, so if the VersaMark doesn’t stamp all over that is fine. I then sprinkled this with the Heat & Stick Powder (#156110), removed the excess, then heat it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This doesn’t take long but gives a stickiness to the card. Next press the card into the Gilded Leafing Embellishment, then rub the excess Gold Leafing from the card. The Gold Leafing will stick to the Heat & Stick Powder.

The Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) was cut with a die from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724) for the detailed border. This was attached to a piece of the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152488). I daubered the edges of the card with Mango Melody ink (#147093), then wrapped the Gold Metallic-Edge Ribbon (#144146) around the card front.

The Butterflies and sentiment are from the Butterfly Gala stamp set. I stamped the butterflies with VersaMark and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129). The butterflies were punched with the Butterflies Duet Punch. The butterflies were coloured with Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends (#154888). The sentiment was stamped with Mango Melody ink. The ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals Dies (#151771). The butterflies and sentiment were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I added 2020-2022 In Colour Enamel Dots (#152480) to the butterflies and sentiment.

Boho Indigo

Hi ladies & guys,

Did you realise that one of  Ornate Border Dies (#152724) matches with the Ornate Layers Dies (#152726)?  I love when so many products co-ordinate. I have used both on this card.

I cut a piece from the right side of the Whisper White card front (#106549) using a die from the Ornate Borders Dies giving the lovely scalloped detail down the edge of the card. Then I cut the Bumblebee card (#153082) and another piece of Whisper White card with the Ornate Layers Dies. These were attached to the card front.

The vase and flowers are stamped with images from the stamp set which is included in the Boho Indigo Product Medley (#153132). The vase was stamped with Bumblebee ink (#153116) and the flowers with Magenta Madness ink (#153117). The leaves, vase and flowers are all cut with the dies from the Boho Indigo Product Medley dies. The leaves are Just Jade card (#153084) which had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) adhered to the back before cutting. 

The sentiment is from the Many Mates stamp set (#152633) and stamped with Bumblebee ink. The die to cut the sentiment is from the Hippo & Friends dies (#153585). The vase, flowers and sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

I attached a piece of the Flowers For Every Season 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#152486) to the card as shown below.

The Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) were added to the flower centres and also the flowers on the vase.

Ornate Borders

Hi and welcome again,

How gorgeous is the Rainbow Glimmer Paper (#153056) which I have used for these flowers cut with the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724). I love the ombré effect.

I dry embossed a piece of Very Vanilla card (#106550) with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder (#152725). I cut another piece of Very Vanilla card with the Ornate borders dies, but I only wanted to use the blank piece of that card. I will use these flowers on another project. This card was attached to the embossed card. Then I cut the flowers from the Rainbow Glimmer Paper and this was attached to to the card, replacing the cut out flowers from the Very Vanilla card. I used Adhesive Sheets (#152334) on the back of the glimmer paper to make it easy to attach this to the card.

“Congratulations” from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). An Ornate Frames Die (#150664) was used to cut the sentiment. The edges were daubered with Crumb Cake ink (#121685) and this was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Last A Lifetime

Hi everyone,

Isn’t the Magenta Madness such a vibrant colour and I have only used a small amount on this card.

The base card and card front are Very Vanilla card (#106549). I cut the Magenta Madness card (#153085) with the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724). This was attached to the Very Vanilla card which was dry embossed with one of the Meadow Moments embossing folder (#153126). The Ribbon is Magenta Madness 2020-2022 In Color 1/4” Ribbon (#153623). I attached the Gold Hoop Embellishment (#152474) with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) in a place where they would be covered. The leaves from the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper (#152493) were also attached with Mini Glue Dots. I stamped the floral image from the Last A Lifetime stamp set (#c151479) with VersaMark (#102283) and sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was then cut with the co-ordinating die from the Lasting Elegance Dies (#151475). This was then coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Magenta Madness (#153106), Granny Apple Green (#154885) and Mango Melody (#154888). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach this to the card. “Celebrate” is from the Many Mates stamp set (#c152633) and stamped with Magenta Madness ink (#153117). I cut the sentiment with an Ornate Frames die (#150664) and added the Gold Metallic Trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack (#152475). This was also attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

So Much Love stamp set

Hello again friends,

I have gold embossed this flower from So Much Love stamp set (#152667) before colouring with Stampin’ Blends.

I stamped the flower with VersaMark (#102283) and sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) before setting it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was then fussy cut then coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. I used Mango Melody (#154888) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). The base card is Whisper White (#106549). I dry embossed the Mango Melody card (#147013) using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder (#152725). The top piece of Whisper White card was cut on an angle with a die from the Ornate Borders (#152724). I stamped the sentiment from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set (#149306) using Mango Melody ink (#147093). I spritzed the Whisper White card front and the flower with Frost White Shimmer Paint (#147046). The flower was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I cut some leaves with the Dies from the Boho Indigo Product Medley (#153132) and I used Granny Apple Green card (#147014). I adhered the Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the card before cutting with the die. The embellishments are from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457).

Ornate Borders Dies

Hello friends,

Here is a very simple card using one of the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724).

I cut the border with the die on the Whisper White card (#106549), then I dry embossed the remainder of the card with the gorgeous Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder (#152702). I wrapped the Magenta Madness 1/4” Ribbon (#153623) around the card front and attached the white card to the Magenta Madness base card (#153085). “Thank You” from the Boho Indigo Product Medley (#153132) was stamped with Magenta Madness ink (#153117) and cut with a die from the Ornate Frames Dies (#150664). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

As I said, a very simple card but elegant using these beautiful products.

Ornate Style

Hi everyone,

These flowers on today’s card are from the Ornate Style stamp set (#c152572).

I stamped the floral image twice, using VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129), then set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I fussy cut the outline of one image and 3 of the flowers from the second image. I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the images. Th colours used are Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Calypso Coral (#154881), Purple Posy (#154896), Pool Party (#154894), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Pumpkin Pie (#15487). I also coloured the Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) with these Stampin’ Blends. I attached the 2 Daffodil Delight flowers and the Pumpkin Pie flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) over the larger flower image. The card front is from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (#152494). I also gold embossed the edges of the DSP by daubering VersaMark along the edges and adding the Embossing Powder. The Gold  Foil Sheet (#132622) was cut with a die from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724) and attached to the card with Adhesive Sheets (#152334). I am so pleased to have these available again as it makes it so much easier to adhere the detailed cut outs to your project. Just adhere a piece onto the back of your cardstock before cutting. “Happy Birthday” is from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set (#p152684) and this was also gold embossed. I used a Stitched Rectangle Die (#151820) to cut the sentiment.

Detailed Peacock Dies

Hello friends,

This card uses both retiring and new products and I love the gold and Very Vanilla together.

The cardstock is Very Vanilla (#106550) and the Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) have also been used. I cut the right hand border from the base card with a die from the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724), then placed the piece of Gold Foil under this. I embossed another piece of Very Vanilla card with the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder (#151503) and attached this to the base card. I then wrapped a piece of the Gold Shimmer Ribbon (#152156) around the card. The peacock is cut with a die from the Detailed Peacock Dies (#149582) and attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). “Birthday Wishes” is from the Butterfly Wishes stamp set (#149346) and I stamped this with VersaMark (#102283) and added Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals Dies (#141706) and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The retiring products on this card are the Detailed Peacock Dies, Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder and the Gold Shimmer Ribbon.

Daisy Lane stamp set

Hello everyone,

This is a lovely bright and cheerful card which is just what we need at this time. I have used the daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set (#c149325).

The cardstock for the base card, the flowers and the leaves is Very Vanilla (#106550). I used the So Saffron vellum from the Periannial Essence 12”x12” Vellum cardstock (#149101). I cut the edge of the velum with the Ornate Borders Dies (#152724), then embossed it with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder (#149634). I  stamped each daisy twice with Mango Melody ink (#147093) and punched them with the Daisy Punch (#143713) and the Medium Daisy punch (#149517). These were assembled using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The leaves were stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095), then fussy cut. These leaves are also from the Daisy Lane stamp set. “Thank You” is from Peaceful Moments stamp set (#c151595). I stamped this using the Stamparatus (#148187), and Granny Apple Green ink. Then I re-stamped the sentiment with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) which was heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This is a way of embossing any colour ink but you must not move your card in between stamping. I added some shimmer to the daisies using the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897) and added the Glitter Enamel Dots (#146934) to the flower centre and card.

Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper

Hello,

The Designer Series Paper is the beautiful Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152312) which is part of the 2nd release of Sale-A-Bration.

I brayered the DSP using Seaside Spray ink (#150889), Balmy Blue ink (#147007) and Blueberry Bushel ink (#146991). This was then attached to the Blueberry Bushel card (#147138) and then attached to the Whisper White base card (#106549). “Thanks” is from the Ornate Thanks Stamp set (#p149471) and stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink. I used a die from the Ornate Layers Dies (#152726) to cut the sentiment and attached this to a piece of Blueberry Bushel card which was cut with an Ornate Border Die (#152724). The butterflies are cut with a die from the Butterfly Beauty Dies (#148536) using Blueberry Bushel card and Whisper White card. Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to attach the butterfly to the card, then I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to the butterfly and sentiment.
