Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper

 Hi my friends,

I was asked to make a card for a fishing enthusiast, so couldn't go past the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper (#161534).

The fish, fishing rod and the 2 pieces of DSP are all from this Designer Paper. I fussy cut the fish and the fishing rod.

I matted the larger piece of DSP with Night Of Navy card (#106577) and attached this to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550). I dry embossed a smaller piece of Night Of Navy card with the retired Seabed 3D Embossing Folder and attached this to the card, followed by the DSP on top.

I cut the 2 Very Vanilla rectangles with a die from the Wild Ferns dies (#162655) and attached the fish with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I attached the fishing rod with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

“SON” was cut with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) using Night Of Navy card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

I added glimmer to the fish using the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897).

Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

With such great designs of paper it’s so easy to make a quick & easy card. Here I have used the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper (#161534).

I used 2 different designs from the DSP and attached these to the Boho Blue card (#161733) then this was attached to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550). I fussy cut a fish from the DSP and attached this to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I curved the fish using the Bone Folder (#102330) then I attached 2 dimensionals on top of each other along the centre of the fish to help to retain the curve.

“Happy Birthday” is cut with the Wanted To Say dies (#161594). For the base of the sentiment I used Misty Moonlight card (#153086) and I used Silver from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) for the top. This was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) on the fussy cut fish to add some shimmer.

Fun On Wheels

Hello friends,

I have been asked for some masculine cards so here is one using the Fun On Wheels Bundle (#161216).

The bike from the Fun On Wheels stamp set (#161210) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The co-ordinating die from the Fun On Wheels dies (#161216) cut out the bike.

A piece of the Go To Fishing Designer Series Paper (#161534) was attached to the side of the Basic White base card (#159228). I cut another piece of the same DSP and the Basic Black card (#121688) with the Deckled Rectangles Dies (#159173). The bike was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763). This was also heat embossed and cut with Deckled Rectangles dies. There wasn't the correct size die so I used 2 dies to cut the sentiment to the size I wanted as shown below.

The edges of the sentiment were daubered with Misty Moonlight ink (#153118) then attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Trucking Along

Hi & welcome everyone,

I have made these masculine cards today using the Trucking Along Bundle (#162306) in 3 different colours.

The colours I have used are Very Vanilla with Misty Moonlight, Pretty Peacock & Pecan Pie.

The Very Vanilla card sizes are - 22cm x 10.5cm and scored at 7cm. 

                                                   - 23cm x 8.5cm and scored at 13cm

                                                   - 8cm x 6.5 (for the front)

The coloured card - 14cm x 9.5cm

                              - 9cm x7.5cm

Designer Series Paper - 9.5cm x 6cm

You also need smaller pieces for the sentiment and the truck.

I stamped the truck from the Trucking Along stamp set (#162299) with Versa Mark (#102283) and I used the Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I used Misty Moonlight card (#153086), Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and Pecan Pie card (#161726). The truck was punched with the Trucking Along Builder Punch (#162305). The stamp set & punch are available together as the Trucking Along Bundle (#162306) and these are all available from the Online Exclusives.

I stamped the “road” with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). This is from the Inked & Tiled stamp set (#161158). After stamping the “road” I embossed this Very Vanilla card. The embossing folders I used on the 3 cards are Basics (#161598), Timber (#156406) and Painted Texture (#154317).

I stamped the presents, flowers & tree with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured them with a variety of Stampin’ Blends. These images were fussy cut and I attached these and the truck with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The DSP for the Misty Moonlight card & Pecan Pie card are from Let’s Go Fishing (#161534). For the Pretty Peacock card I used Earthen Elegance DSP (#161503).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Inked & Tiled stamp set. I used Misty moonlight ink (#153118), Pretty Peacock ink (#150083) and Pecan Pie ink (#161665). The dies to cut the sentiments are Stylish Shapes dies (#159183) for the Misty Moonlight & Pretty Peacock cards and Nested Essentials dies (#161597) for the Pecan Pie card. When attaching the sentiment I used Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left side only allowing the flap to tuck under the sentiment.

Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

Here is another super easy card, this time using the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper (#161534).

I used one of the Brilliant Background dies (#161591) for the “stitched” effect on the Boho Blue card (#161733). This was then dry embossed with the Cascading Ruffles 3D Embossing Folder (#159169) but I used it horizontally on the card for a wave effect.

 I attached a piece of the DSP to the Boho Blue card (#161733) and this was matted with Night Of Navy card (#106577). The base card is Basic White (#159228).

I fussy cut the 4 fish from one of the designs of the DSP. I shaped them with a bone folder to give them a curve and attached them to the card. I attached Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) along the centre of the fish with 2 Dimensionals on top of each other ( to stop them flattening out). I used Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) on the fish for that bit of sparkle.

“Best Wishes” from Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) was stamped with Boho Blue ink (#161650) and cut with a die from All That dies (#159078). Stampin’ Dimensionals were also used to attach the sentiment.
