Meandering Meadows Designer Series paper

 Hello friends,

The Meandering Meadows 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#162735) has a range of scenery designs which I just love, and making it so easy to make a beautiful card.

I cut the detailed circle with the Irresistible Blooms dies (#161149) from the Basic White card (#159228). I then dry embossed this card with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I attached the DSP to the back of this card, then matted it with Crushed Curry card (#131288). This was attached to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment is from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set (#161290) and stamped with Crushed Curry ink (#147087). A die from the Delicate Forest dies (#162679) cut the sentiment. This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The leaves are cut with dies also from the Delicate Forest dies and I used Daffodil Delight card (#121680) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). These were attached to the card.

Detailed Dogwood stamp set

Hello everyone,

This beautiful flower is from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set (#162953) which is a Sale-a-bration product. 

I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). This was coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Granny Apple Green (#154885), Berry Burst (#161681), Bubble Bath (#161675), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Crumb Cake (#154882). I then fussy cut the image.

I cut a piece of Basic White card and Berry Burst card (#144249) with the Perennial Postage dies (#162607). I dry embossed the white card with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). These were taped to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set (#161290) was stamped with Berry Burst ink (#147143) and cut with a Deckled Rectangles die (#159173).

The Gold from the Silver & Gold Trim Combo (#161633) was taped to the card. The flowers and sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers and the embellishments are Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs (#161954).

Pretty Birds

Hello friends,

Today I have used the Pretty Birds Bundle (#158847) which includes the Pretty Birds stamp set (#158845) and the co-ordinating Birdhouse Dies (#158846).

All the birds were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). They were coloured with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883), Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends (#154885) and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (#154882). 

The birds and cage were cut with the Birdhouse Dies. I used Copper Foil (#142020) for the cage and the “75”.

I dry embossed the Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406) and this was matted with Basic Black card (#121688). The base card is Basic White.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) and stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then cut with a Stitched Rectangles die (#151820).

I attached all the birds, the cage and sentiment to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the numbers.

The retiring products used here are the Pretty Birds Stamp set, Birdhouse dies and the Stitched Rectangles dies.

In The Country stamp set

Hi my friends,

The image on this card is from the Sale-a-bration stamp set, In The Country (#160828), and I have coloured it with Stampin’ Blends.

I used Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) to stamp the image. I used the following Stampin’ Blends - Soft Suede (#154906), Ivory (#154922), Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Mossy Meadow (#154890), 500 from the Medium Natural Tones (#159462), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Old Olive (#154892) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

I cut the Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) and the Pear Pizzaz card (#131290) with the Layering Diorama Dies (#155565). The Soft Sea Foam card was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). These were attached to the Basic White base card (#159228) with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Birthday Wishes” is from the Nested Friends stamp set (#160322) and stamped with Pear Pizzaz ink (#147104). A die from the Potted Succulents (#154330) was used to cut the sentiment, then attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Nested Friends

Hello friends,

Another bundle which is new in the mini catalogue is the Nested Friends Bundle (#160489). I love that Stampin’ Up! have now named the stamp sets, dies and bundle all the same, so the Nested Friends Bundle includes the Nested Friends stamp set (#160322) and the Nested Friends Dies (#160488). This will make it so much easier to remember the names of the co-ordinating products.

The bird and sentiment are from this stamp set. The bird was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and the sentiment with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094). I coloured the bird with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883) and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends (#154958) for the beak.

The bird and nest were cut with the Nested Friends Dies. I used Crumb Cake card (#121685) and Soft Suede card (#119982) for the nest. The green leaves were cut with a die from the Dainty Delight Dies (#160674) using Old Olive card (#106576) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

I dry embossed the Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). This card and the Old Olive card had the corners punched with the Very Best Trio Punch (#159878). This was then attached to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550).

The sentiment & nest were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Artistic Dies

Hi everyone,

I was having a mental block today when it came to making a card so I have made my version of a card from Tammy Wilson, from the 2021 Stampin’ Up Design Team. Thanks for the inspiration.

I cut the Basic White card (#159228) with a die from the Artistic Die (#155371) for the floral image. The Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406), then matted within the Brushed Metallic Cardstock (#153524). The base card is Basic White.

The floral image was attached with Mini Glue dots (#103683). The DSP is from the Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper (#159161) and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I cut the Gold Foil with a die from the Flowers Of Home dies (#157938) and also attached with Mini Glue dots to the DSP.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Artistically Inked Stamp set (#154542). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) which needs to be set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The die from Sending (#159271) was used to cut the sentiment.

I attached the Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155765) and the Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding Ribbon (#159680) under the sentiment. Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to attach the sentiment to the card. Elegant Faceted Gems (#159189) were also added.

Merriest Moments stamp set

Hi & welcome,

I have made several variations of cards using poinsettias and the wreath for Christmas cards, so here is another variation.

The Daffodil Delight card (#121689) was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I punched the corner of this card and the Cherry Cobbler card (#121681) with the Very Best Trio Punch (#159878), then these were attached to the Basic White Base card (#159228).

“Merry Christmas” is from the Brightest Glow stamp set (#159542) and this was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083). A Labels Aglow Die (#159551) was used to cut the sentiment.

The flowers and leaves are from the Merriest Moments stamp set (#156353) and cut with the co-ordinating Merriest Frames Hybrid dies (#156358). I used Shaded Spruce ink (#147088) for the leaves and Cherry Cobbler ink for the flowers. I attached the smaller flower to the larger flower using Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The wreath was cut from Pearlescent Specialty paper (#154291) using a Natural Prints die (#158800). This was also attached with Mini Glue dots. The flowers and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots for the leaves.

The bow is cut with a Birdhouse Die (#158847) and I used Distressed Gold Specialty Paper (#159237). This was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The Real Red Pearlised Enamel Effects Basics (#156310) was used for the centre of the flowers. This does take a bit of time to dry so this is the last thing I do on the card then put the card aside to allow it to dry.

Double Z Fold Card

Hello friends,

If you are like me you love the Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Papers and again if your are like me you always have a stack of unused sheets. So today’s card is a larger size card Double Z Fold Card using the now retired (from Sale-a-bration) Wonderful World Stamp set & Designer Series Paper.

The Orchid Oasis base card (#159265) is 28cm x 21cm and scored at 7 & 14cm ( on the longer side). The other piece of Orchid Oasis card is 23.5cm x 14 cm, and scored at 9.5cm & 16.5cm.

One piece of DSP is cut 5.5cm x 19.5cm and the larger one is 12.5cm x 19.5cm. These were matted with Rich Razzleberry card (#119981) and cut 6cm x 20cm & 13cm x 20cm.

The Rich Razzleberry card for the card front is 8.5cm x 14cm. This was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I stamped the flower with Orchid Oasis ink (#159214) and cut this with a Deckled Rectangles Die (#159173). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach this to the card. The Basic White card for the middle panel & right side panel are 6cm x 14cm.

The sentiment is from the the Christmas Banners stamp set (#159570) and cut with the Christmas Banners Dies (#159576). The banner was stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink (#147091) and the sentiment with Orchid Oasis ink.

To attach the smaller panel to the card, tape the back of the right panel and only the left half of the left panel.

Dragonfly Garden

Hi stamping friends,

I coloured this floral image from Dragonfly Garden stamp set (#154411) with Stampin’ Blends.

I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The Stampin’ Blends used are Sweet Sorbet (#159224), Parakeet party (#159220), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Highland Heather (#154887) & Flirty Flamingo (#154884). This was matted with Sweet Sorbet card (#159266).

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the Timber 3D Embossing folder (#156406). I daubered the edges with Sweet Sorbet ink (#159216) before attaching this to the Basic White base card.

I attached a strip of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper (#159237) to the card front, then attached the matted stamped image. “Happy Birthday” from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment and the Sweet Sorbet paper from the 2022-2024 In Colour Designer Series Paper (#159253) were cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies  (#159183). These were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The bow was made from the Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon (#159555) and attached to the card with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683). The Red Festive Pearls (#159963) were attached to the card.

Blessings Of Home

Hi my friends,

Here’s a simple but elegant card using just white & gold and would be great for any special occasion.

I stamped the image from Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment is from Forever Blossoms stamp set (#151457) and also gold embossed.

After setting the floral image on the Basic White card (#159228) I dry embossed this with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I attached the card front to the piece of Gold Foil sheet (#132622) then this was attached to the Basic White base card.

I cut the sentiment and the gold foil under the sentiment with dies from the Ornate Frames dies (#150664) and this was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Yes, a simply elegant card!!

The Blessings Of Home stamp set will be available from 4th January in the next Mini catalogue.

Encircled In Beauty Dies

Hello my friends,

I have cut the Shaded Spruce card (#147006) with the Encircled In Beauty Dies (#155546) to get this beautiful detailed “doilie”.

The Very Vanilla card front (#106550) was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I attached a piece of the Expressions In Ink 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#155464) to the card front, then wrapped the Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon (#149496) around. This was attached to the Very Vanilla Base card.

I adhered Adhesive Sheets (#152334) to the back of the Shaded Spruce card before cutting with the detailed die and the outline die to cut the outside. The inside circle cuts at the same time and I cut a small amount from the circle with a Layering Circles Die (#151770) as I wanted it a bit smaller. I find the adhesive sheets so convenient and easy for adhering any detailed cuts outs like this one.

The butterfly was cut with one of the Brilliant Wings Dies (#155523) from Gold Foil Sheet (#132622). I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) to attach this to the card. The sentiment is from the Art Gallery Stamp Set (#158201) and stamped with Shaded Spruce ink (#147088). A Seasonal Labels Die (#156299) was used to cut the sentiment and it was also attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Genial Gems (#155500) were added to the card, butterfly & sentiment.

Blessings Of Home stamp set

Hello my crafty friends,

Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator has many advantages and one is being able to get new products early. The Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) will be available from 4th January 2022 but as a demonstrator I have been able to purchase it early and I love it.

I stamped the smaller floral image for this card and it was cut with the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938). I stamped this with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and coloured it with Stampin’ Blends. The colours used are Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add shimmer to the coloured image.

The Gold Foil from the Brushed Metallics 12”x12” cardstock (#153524) was cut with a Hippo & Friends Die (#153585). This gold pack includes 3 colours of gold - light, medium and dark. I have used the medium colour here.

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406), then daubered the edges with Daffoldil Delight ink (#147094). The Pattern Party 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#155426) was attached to the card front. The gold foil was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set (#155095) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was also cut with the Hippo & Friends dies and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I made a bow using the Gold Shimmer Ribbon (#152156) and used a Mini Glue Dot (#103683) to attach it to the card. The cute little bee from the Bumblebee Trinkets (#155568) was also attached with a Mini Glue Dot.

Meadow Dies

Hello everyone,

I used the Linen 12”x12” Specialty Paper (#155681) for these flowers & leaves. This already has adhesive on the back, so makes it easy to adhere it to the card.

Before cutting the flowers & leaves I coloured the linen using Blending Brushes (#153611) with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094), Highland Heather ink (#147103), Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and Balmy Blue ink (#147105). After cutting these with the Meadow Dies (#155852), I added some extra colour around the edges using Sponge Daubers (#133773). These were then adhered to the Basic White card front (#159228) which was dry embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406).  The edges of the cardfront were daubered with Highland Heather ink. The base card is also Basic White.

The sentiment from Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) was stamped with Highland Heather ink. This was cut with an Ornate Frames Die (#150664) and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Elegant Faceted Gems (#152464) were attached to the sentiment and flowers.
