Positive Thoughts stamp set
Hello stamping friends,

The retiring list for the soon to be retired Annual Catalogue is now available and you can find all the retiring products on the link below-
You will find some great bargains, but don't delay as they are available while stocks last.
Today’s card is using some retiring products.
I stamped the fern from Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) onto Very Vanilla card (#106550). The words are also from this stamp set and stamped 3 times with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). I then cut the rectangle using a die from Natures Thoughts Dies (#153586).
I attached the outside “frame” to a piece of Mango Melody card (#147013). Then I attached the inside rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). This allows you to see a small amount of the Mango Melody card underneath. The card front was attached to the Pear Pizzaz base card (#131290).
The butterfly is stamped with Mango Melody ink (#147093) then cut with the co-ordinating Natures Thoughts Die. A Stampin’ Dimensional was used in the centre of the butterfly to attach this to the card.
The feathers are cut with another of the Natures Thoughts dies using the 3 gold colours from the Brushed Metallic 12”x12” Cardstock (#153524) and attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The embellishments are from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457).
The retiring products used here are the Positive Thoughts stamp set, Natures Thoughts Dies and the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Slim Card Dies
Hello ladies & guys,

Here’s a fairly easy card using the Slim Card Dies (#157965).
I cut the Flowering Fields 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#157670) with one of the Slim Card dies. I then placed the DSP that is ‘all connected” onto a piece of Gorgeous Grape card, measuring 7.6cm x 20.2cm (3”x8”) as shown below.
I used a post it note to keep this in place, then I glued each of the separate pieces back into it’s original position using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). I then removed the “template” piece leaving the glued pieces on the Gorgeous Grape card.
I attached the completed piece to the Very Vanilla Base card (#106550).The sentiment is from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) and stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). A die from the Ornate Layers Dies (#152726) was used to cut the sentiment, then matted with Gorgeous Grape card. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach this to the card. I chose the Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) for the embellishments.
TIP: The piece of Designer Paper which was used as a template and not used on this card can be used for another card.

Positive Thoughts
Hello again friends,

“Love what you do and share what you love.”
All the stamped images on this card are from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490).
The flowers and sentiment were stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052), the leaves with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) and the feathers with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). The flowers, leaves and feathers were cut with the Nature’s Thoughts Dies (#153586) and the sentiment with an Ornate Frames Die (#150664).
The cardstock is Basic White (#159228) and Soft Sea Foam (#147012). I used the Stitched Greenery Die (#155451) on the top layer and dry embossed the bottom layer with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718).
Although there is a butterfly in the Positive Thoughts stamp set, I chose to cut a detailed butterfly using the Brilliant Wings Dies (#155523) from the Silver foil from the Silver Foil 12”x12” Specialty Paper Pack (#156457). The butterfly, one of the flowers and the sentiment were all attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) were attached to the sentiment, flower centres and the butterfly.

Positive Thoughts
Hello friends,

The Dotty Hearts Embossing Folders (#155434) has 2 smaller folders which can be used with the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine (#150673).
I stamped both sentiments from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052). I embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with one of the Dotty Hearts embossing folders. I cut the “Hugs Prayers Love” with a Tasteful Labels Die (#152886). I also cut a piece of Flirty Flamingo card (#141421) with the same die, then used a Layering Circles Die (#151770) which was slightly larger to cut a ring to fit around the sentiment.
The butterfly was stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink. The Gold Foil sheet (#132622) was used to cut the 2 small butterflies and feather. The butterflies & feather were cut with Nature’s Thoughts Dies (#153586). These were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I used Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the small butterflies.
I daubered the edge of the card front with Flirty Flamingo ink and attached this to the Basic White base card.

Comfort & Hope with Positive Thoughts
Hi Ladies & Guys,

I have “dusted off” a couple of stamp sets which I haven’t used for a while. It’s easy to use the most recent products and ignore some of the other great sets.
Stampin’ Up! have a 24 hour sale on November 24th. Most products in the current Annual catalogue are 10% off, so a great chance to get those products you have been wanting. Here is the list of exclusions. All orders must be ordered on that day to receive the discount. If you need more info just contact me.
The cardstock is Very Vanilla (#106550) and Flirty Flamingo (#141421). The background was stamped with images from the Comfort & Hope stamp set (#152509). These were stamped with Crumb Cake ink (#147116), Petal Pink ink (#147108), Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) as well as heat embossing using VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129).
The fern and flower images are from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490). I used Granny Apple Green ink to stamp the fern and Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052) for the flowers. The fern and flowers were cut with the co-ordinating dies from the Nature’s Thought dies (#153586). The sentiment is also from the Positive Thoughts stamp set, and cut with an Ornate Frames Die (#150664). The sentiment and top flower were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The sequins from Woven Threads Sequins Assortment (#149498) were glued to the card using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).
I hope your weekend is relaxing!!

Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper
Hello,

“Love what you do and Share what you love.”
“On Stage At Home” online event which I mentioned yesterday is now sadly over but I have learnt so much from all the presenters and looking forward to the new and exciting products which will be available soon.
There are however so many exciting products available in the 2 current catalogues and one of my very favourites is the Forever Greenery Suite (#154143). This suite consists of a Stamp & Die Bundle, Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper, Designer Series Paper, Ribbon & Trim combo and Gold Hoops Embellishments. All these are also a available separately.
The card base is Whisper White (#106549) and I also stamped the sentiment on Whisper White. The sentiment from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Heat Embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129). I cut this with a Stitched Be Mine Die (#151814).
I cut the leaves with a die from the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714) from Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) which were backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334) for ease of placement onto the card. This was attached to the Vellum cardstock (#106584) which I dry embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718). This was then attached to the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper (#152492), using Mini Glue Dots (#103683). I attached these dots under the leaves so they would not show through the vellum.
I wrapped the Shaded Spruce Ribbon and the Gold Cord, both from the Wonder Of The Season Ribbon Combo Pack (#153537) around the cardfront, then this was attached to the card base. The sentiment was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the Gold Sequins from the Sequins For Everything (#153556) were added using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).
Have a fantastic day.

Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch
Hello again,

Have a great day!!
Today I was challenging myself again, this time to use colours I don't use very much, but when I do use them I wonder why I don’t use them more often. The colours are Sahara Sand and Blushing Bride.
The base card and card front are Very Vanilla (#106550). I stamped the image from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set (#c149306) on the top and bottom of the card front with Sahara Sand ink (#147117). I also sponged the edges with Sahara Sand ink.
I punched 3 Rectangular Postage Stamps (#152709) from Champagne Foil Sheet (#144748), then embossed these with the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder (#151801). I attached these to Sahara Sand card (#121695) cut slightly bigger than the punched rectangles. The Very Vanilla 3/8” Scalloped Lace Trim (#149593) was wrapped around the card front. I stamped 3 butterflies from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) with Sahara Sand ink and another 3 with Blushing Bride ink (#147100). The Sahara Sand butterflies were attached to the Foil Sheet, then the Blushing Bride butterflies were added on top with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#1144108).
I attached a piece of Blushing Bride card (#131287) to the Foam Adhesive Sheets (#152815), then cut “birthday wishes” using dies from the Well Written Dies (#151816). The Foam Adhesive Sheets are double sided adhesive foam sheets and great for adding depth and dimension to your project. The little hearts are also cut with a die from the Well Written Dies, using Blushing Bride card and glued to the card with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).
I coloured the Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) with Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends (#154906) and attached them to the butterflies.
Have a great day!!

Positive Thoughts
Hello,

Have a great day!!
These 2 colours - Rich Razzleberry and Granny Apple Green compliment each other to make a beautiful card.
The Whisper White card front (#106549) was dry embossed with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder (#149634) and matted with the Rich Razzleberry card (#119981), then attached to the Whisper White base card. A piece of the Granny Apple Green from the Brights 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#152487) was attached to the bottom of the card. I stamped the sentiment and the butterfly from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#c151490) using Rich Razzleberry ink (#147091). The leaves from the same stamp set were stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095). The lighter leaves were stamped using the stamping off method. The butterfly and leaves were cut with the Natures Thoughts Dies (#153586). I sprayed the leaves and butterfly with the Frost White Shimmer Paint (#147046).
The wreath was cut with a Birds & More Die (#152721) and a Layering Circles Die (#151770) from Granny Apple Green card (#147014), which had the Adhesive Sheet (#152334) adhered to the back. The sentiment was also cut with the same Layering Circle Die. The wreath was attached to the white circle, then this was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishments are retired but were perfect for this card.
Have a great day!!

Friendly Silhouettes Dies
Hello,

I hope your weekend is a crafty one.
Here’s another card using the gorgeous Rainbow Glimmer Paper (#153056).
Using Adhesive Sheets (#152334) on the back of the Glimmer Paper, makes it so easy to adhere these more detailed die cuts. The die is from the Friendly Silhouettes Dies (#149546). The cardfront and base are Whisper White card (#106549). I daubered the edge of the cardfront with Highland Heather ink (#147103). The butterfly from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) and the sentiment from Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) were both heat embossed using VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment was cut with a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690) and the butterfly with a die from the Nature’s Thoughts Dies (#153586). I coloured the butterfly with Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends (#154896).

The embellishments are the Flowers For Every Season Gems (#153645). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) on the butterfly for an extra sparkle.

I punched this with the Posted For You punch (#152709) and then attached it to a piece of Highland Heather card. The sentiment was then attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Ornate Layers Dies (#152726) consist of 8 dies with beautiful detailed cutouts and are part of the Ornate Style Bundle (#c154119).

Lasting Elegance Dies
Hi again everyone,

The Lasting Elegance Dies (# 151475) are elegant, and are used to cut the detailed flowers and the border on this card front to make a very beautiful but easy card.
Silver Foil Sheet (#132178) was used for the card front and Merry Merlot card (#147005) for the base card. The sentiment is from the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) and I stamped this with Merry Merlot ink (#147112) on Whisper White card (#106549). The Layering Circles Dies (#141705) were used to cut the sentiment and the Merry Merlot card. This was then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Enjoy your weekend.
I love the images and sentiments in the Positive Thoughts stamp set (#151490) and now these beautiful images can be cut with the coordinating Nature’s Thoughts Dies (#153586), which will be available to order from 4th February.
I have used Whisper White card (#106549) and Granny Apple Green (#147014). I stamped the fern onto the background using Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). Then I stamped another 2 images using Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) on separate card and cut them with a Nature’s Thoughts Die. The butterfly was stamped with Pacific Point ink (#147098) and the flowers with Real Red ink (#147084) and Pumpkin Pie ink (#147086). These were all cut with the Nature’s Thoughts Dies as well as the detailed border. The sentiment was stamped with Granny Apple Green ink and cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#148551).
